SPRING BRANCH — Texas Parks and Wildlife Department recently announced that 515 more acres of pristine land and water in Central Texas will be protected and stewarded for future generations of Texans.

Governor Greg Abbott recently signed the Save Women’s Sports Act passed during the 88th Regular Legislative Session into law at the Texas Capitol. This new law will protect the integrity of women’s sports by prohibiting biological men from competing against female athletes at Texas colleges and universities.

Boerne ISD had four athletes who were invited to play in the 23rd Annual Austin Area All-Star Softball Game held recently at Dripping Springs and open to softball players in the Central Texas region that just graduated.
