Geneva XC teams compete at BHS meet

The Geneva School of Boerne cross country teams raced at the Boerne High Invitational XC meet last Saturday at Voss.

Varsity Girls

The Geneva girls were 6th in the field with 155 points.

Gracie Detterick had the team’s best finish and was in the top 20 at 19th with a 22:43.13, Aubrey Granstaff finished 31st in a time of 25:09.74, Abigail Bussey placed 33rd in 26:56.08, Sadie Muck came in 35th at 30:38 and Faith Lorenz finished 37th with a 33:38.

Varsity Boys

The Geneva boys were 7th with 170 points and were paced by Braden Davis after he placed 19th with a 17:52.26, Samuel Siller was 32nd in 18:40.09 and Will Muck came in two spots back at 34th with a 19:04.60.

Jonathan Taylor finished in 20:39.35 for 42nd, Samuel Crews was 43rd in 21:18.49, Christian Vis came in 44th in 22:02.65 and Jesse Mils was 45th in 24:08.98.

Jason Hughes and Parker Eiland also ran for the Eagles.
