The Geneva School of Boerne girls golf team placed fifth at the recent TAPPS 5A State Tournament in Glen Rose. The girls shot under 400 on both days with a total of 787. 

The Boerne High seniors defeated the juniors in the recent powderpuff game held at Boerne ISD Stadium, 6-0. 

Tapatio Springs held its annual Member Member Tournament. The team members played 0 holes Scramble and 9 holes Shamble. Results:

AUSTIN – Boerne Champion closed out the 2022 track and field season last Friday in Austin at Mike Myers Stadium on the UT campus and two of the athletes brought home state medals.

AUSTIN – Boerne High had a great day at the 4A state track and field meet last Thursday in Austin and earned three medals – two silver and a bronze – at Mike Myers Stadium on the UT campus.

Boerne High has advanced to the third round of the 4A baseball playoffs after the Greyhounds beat Sweeny in a one gamer last Friday in Hallettsville.

West Columbia pulled off the upset last weekend after the Lady Necks softball team knocked Boerne High from the playoffs in the third round in a best-of-three series held in La Grange.

The postseason continues this weekend for the Boerne High baseball and softball teams.

Boerne Champion played at the 5A boys state golf tournament earlier this week and one Charger brought home an individual medal.

The Boerne High boys golf team completed the 2021-22 season this week at the 4A state tournament in Kingsland at the Legends Golf Course.

Boerne High sent four athletes – Ashley Clingman, Tori Adams, Kendall Lemm and Mary Marino – to this week’s 4A state track and field meet held Thursday in Austin on the University of Texas campus.

Champion will be well represented at this year’s 5A state track and field meet scheduled for Friday in Austin on the University of Texas campus.
