AUSTIN – First Lady Cecilia Abbott and Secretary of State Jane Nelson today announced that they will lead an economic development mission to Germany, the United Kingdom, and France, organized by the Governor’s Office of Economic Development and Tourism and the Texas Economic Development Corporation.

AUSTIN – Gov. Greg Abbott today updated the state’s disaster declaration to include additional communities impacted by severe storms that caused widespread damage to electric infrastructure in the region. The counties added to the Governor’s declaration are Camp, Gregg, Hopkins, Panola, Smith, and Titus counties.

The Boerne Independent School District named Fair Oaks Ranch resident Jennifer Hammond Principal of Herff Elementary School. The appointment was approved at the Boerne ISD Board of Trustees Regular Monthly meeting on Monday night.
