SAN ANTONIO – Both the Boerne ISD varsity team tennis programs advanced to the finals in their respective regional tournaments this week.

SAN ANTONIO – A berth to this year’s Region IV-6A water polo tournament was on the last line Tuesday for the Champion boys team and just to give the Chargers added motivation, they were facing their archrivals Alamo Heights.

The Boerne Champion girls golf team played at the annual Swing for the Cure golf tournament and helped raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness.

The Boerne High volleyball team’s playoff chances took a big hit after they were defeated on the road Tuesday at Navarro.
