Navarro beats Boerne

The Boerne High volleyball team’s playoff chances took a big hit after they were defeated on the road Tuesday at Navarro.

The Lady Panthers won the match, 25-19, 22-25, 25-22, 25-20, and drops Boerne to 20-16 overall and 4-6 in district. The Lady Hounds have two left after Tuesday and were at Canyon Lake Friday and then return home next Tuesday to host Fredericksburg to close out the regular season.

In last Tuesday’s match, Tori Adams finished with 5 aces, 18 kills and 31 digs, Paige Stegall tallied 7 kills, 2.5 blocks and 3 digs, Ava Rocchio added 12 kills, Aubree Stegall had 2 kills and a block, Madison Morris came up with a dozen digs, Tana Lux totaled 35 assists, 21 digs, 2 kills, 1.5 blocks and 1 ace, Kashtin Waibel had 13 digs, Jayleen Reyna added 13 digs and 2 assists and Riley Scheidt had 7 digs and 1 block.
