Troy Thomas
Troy Thomas, 62, pleaded guilty to four felony counts June 9 after a failed attempt ot change attorneys on the heels of his trial date. Thomas was arrested in September and originally booked on seven charges, but two were dropped: injury to a child, elderly person or disabled person with intent to cause bodily injury and exposing himself to a child. An arrest warrant affidavit outlined accusations from a 12-year-old girl who claimed Thomas exposed himself, assaulted her and groped her several times between February and May in 2020. Investigators determined the incidents occurred between Feb. 14, 2020, and Aug. 31, 2020. 06/21/2023 12:00 AM
