Boerne Mayor Tim Handren spoke to a full ballroom last room during the annual State of the City. Speaking on the past year’s accomplishments, he noted the adoption and implementation of the city’s new Unified Development Code, the work to establish the city’s bond measures on the November ballot and the completion of the Kendall County, Boerne and Fair Oaks Transpor-tation Committee’s work.
