The Boerne Champion tennis program recently held its annual awards ceremony in the school library where several team awards were handed out by head coach Joey Cantu. The ceremony covered both the fall team tennis season and the individual spring season, both of which were very successful for the Chargers.

Boerne ISD recently held its annual cross country camp where 50 young men and women attended to improve their running ability. 

The Boerne High baseball team had six players named all-district after the 2022 season but some key injuries likely kept a couple more players from making the list.

Boerne ISD held its annual summer softball camp and about 50 young ladies showed up at this year’s camp to improve their softball skills. The camp was hosted by softball coaches from BHS and Champion as well as former players from both schools. 

Boerne High’s Rashawn Galloway played in the recent Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association state-wide All-Star game held Father’s Day weekend at Dell Diamond in Round Rock.

Boerne High had 12 softball players receive all-district recognition after voting by the 28-4A coaches.
