Thomas S. Riebe

Thomas S. Riebe

October 4, 1933 – October 7, 2023

Riebe passed away on October 7, 2023. He achieved his goal of living until the age of 90 on October 4. He truly was a man of great determination who tried to accomplish everything he set his mind to do.

Tom was a respected member of the community, known for being a good neighbor, family man, optometrist, and rancher. However, above all, he was known as being one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

His love of God and zealous spirit moved him to wholeheartedly share his faith and love with everyone he met. He was convinced that the truths found in the Bible are lifesaving, and assisted countless individuals in building and strengthening their relationship with Jehovah God.

He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Bernice Riebe; siblings, Margaret Roberts and Burton (Patricia) Riebe; children, Denise (Gary) Williams, James (Cindy) Riebe, Robert (Eunice) Riebe, Cynthia (Mark) Dewald, Rachel (Brett) Fedor, and Rochelle (Joe) Frank; and grandchildren, Devin (Tiffany) Williams, Casey (Jordan) Turner, Cara (Cody) Smith, Keilah (Brent) Bishop, Zane Fedor, Caleb Riebe, Zephyr Fedor, and Makena Riebe; along with nieces, nephews and many other family members and friends.

All who had the privilege to know Tom are very grateful for the time they spent with him.

Tom’s unwavering belief in the promise of a resurrection on Earth is of great comfort to his family and all who share his faith in Jehovah God and the Bible.

He believed that God’s purpose for mankind, as described in Genesis 1:28, will be realized when the entire human family will enjoy life forever in paradise on earth under God’s Kingdom rule.
