LAW ENFORCEMENT The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. An arrest should not imply guilt or innocence, which will be decided in court at a later date. Boerne Police Department 

June 19 

11:31 a.m., 200 block of E. Bandera Road — A caller reported another vehicle was hit after the driver stopped in the middle of the road. The driver was reported to be holding her neck. Medical emergency services were called to the scene. 

12:10 p.m., 1600 block of River Road — An employee reported a woman who had previously shoplifted had returned to the store. 

6:08 p.m., 100 block of Hampton Cove — A caller reported he had let someone use his vehicle and they had not yet returned it. The caller was inquiring about what his options were. 

9:24 p.m., 100 block of W. San Antonio Avenue — A caller reported a suspicious vehicle at the location with its door open. Law enforcement came to the location and did not find anyone in the area.  

June 20 

9:27 a.m., 100 block of Bluebonnet Circle — A caller was concerned a maintenance man had placed a video recorder in the bathroom vent of her apartment. The caller said she saw a light come on in the vent. 

2:01 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street — A caller requested extra patrol after a vehicle had been frequenting the location and sitting in the parking lot. 

4:47 p.m., on Cascade Caverns Road — A caller reported a male was looking into people’s cars in the parking lot. 

6:23 p.m., 1200 block of N. Main Street — A vehicle lost control and hit a fence. The driver was not injured but the vehicle was not operable. One lane of traffic was temporarily shut down. 

 June 21 

12:07 a.m., 100 block of Menger Springs — A patient was reported to be yelling, screaming and cussing. 

12:27 a.m., 400 block of Hampton Cove — A caller reported she and her friend could hear someone downstairs. Law enforcement came to the location and found no signs of forced entry. 

1:45 a.m., 500 block of Fabra Street — Security reported a dark SUV at the location was driving between buildings, shining its headlights on other vehicles. The security members said another vehicle had done the same practice the day before. 

6:09 a.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road — A caller reported that someone had taken the brake lights from two different vehicles. 

12:25 p.m., 800 block of Johns Road — A caller reported a possible gas leak in the apartment and said the smell was getting stronger. It was discovered that the neighbors were using a chemical stripper, and the smell required the tenants to evacuate. 

June 22 

4:06 a.m., 100 block of Bonn Drive — A caller reported someone attempted to break into her car. Law enforcement used surveillance footage in an attempt to locate the suspect. 

9:16 a.m., 1000 block of Chisholm Drive — A caller reported she had video footage of someone attempting to break into her vehicle. 

10:17 a.m., 100 block of Edinburgh — A caller reported his neighbor had video footage of someone attempting to break into the caller’s vehicle.  

10:29 a.m., 100 block of Hampton Cove — A caller reported someone burglarized his vehicle during the night, stealing almost $3,000 along with other miscellaneous items. 

10:28 a.m., 100 block of Wickersham — A caller reported someone rummaged through her unlocked vehicle the previous night. 

June 23 

8:13 a.m., 100 block of Glade Drive — A caller reported fraud committed against him, to the tune of $68,000. 

1:46 p.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road — A caller reported her ex-husband was harassing her.  

6:47 p.m., 1000 block of Diamond Drive — A caller reported multiple males were swimming in the pool in their underwear. 

June 24 

12:58 a.m., 700 block of Oak Park Drive — A caller reported that a group of kids had gotten in the pool and started blaring music. 

8:28 a.m., 300 block of Esser Road — A manager reported an entire box of vapes had been stolen over the weekend. 

10:30 a.m., 800 block of Johns Road — A property manager reported tools had been stolen from the location. 

12:08 p.m., 100 block of Enterprise Parkway — An employee reported a sports car had been stolen but was unsure when it had occurred. 

10:24 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road — A caller reported five minors had stolen alcohol from the location. 

June 25 

12:28 a.m., 100 block of Medical Drive — A caller reported a small truck was parked with its lights on for the past hour. Law enforcement found the vehicle was unoccupied. 

11:03 a.m., 100 block of Alcantara Drive — An alarmed caller reported a rattlesnake in her backyard. 

3:09 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street — Two teenagers were reported to be caught shoplifting. Law enforcement located the males and they were detained. 

3:43 p.m., 100 block of Cinnamon Creek — A caller reported there had been thefts from her house. Due to the timing of things, the caller was concerned that it may be her house cleaners. 

Kendall County Sheriff’s Office 

June 19 

12:15 a.m., 900 block of Highway 87 — Kerr County reported an accident involving a vehicle hitting a guardrail at the county line. A sobriety test was conducted and the male driver was taken into custody. 

6:48 a.m., 100 block of Kreutzberg Road — A horse was going for its morning run. 

11:15 a.m., 100 block of S. Stonegate Drive — Two wheezing pugs were reported to have attacked another dog.  

June 20 

1:20 a.m., at Rio Cordillera/FM 3351 — A security guard reported two males walking near the gate of the complex. The caller was concerned because the males were dressed “raggedy” and had appeared to have beer bottles in their hands. 

3:04 a.m., mile marker 531 W. Interstate 10 — A caller reported his vehicle had been hit by an 18-wheeler that kept driving. The caller said the other vehicle had messed up his back wheel. 

7:13 a.m., mile marker 537 W. I-10 — A caller reported his vehicle had been stolen during the night. 

2:03 p.m., 500 block of High Street — A caller reported they had learned from a credit card company that someone had been using his card without his consent. 

June 21 

6:26 a.m., on FM 3351/Sansom Road — A caller reported he hit a deer and was injured. The airbags had been deployed in the vehicle. EMS was called to provide medical services. 

8:55 a.m., 100 block of Kendall Ridge — A caller suspected his neighbor was breeding armadillos after repeatedly catching them at his house. 

10:23 a.m., on Old #9 Road — A caller reported he was awakened by an ex-girlfriend who accused him of breaking into her apartment and stealing her marijuana. The ex-girlfriend was said to be threatening the caller’s life. 

2:39 p.m., mile marker 533 E. I-10 — A caller reported an 18-wheeler was on fire. It turned out it was just oil burning off and everyone was OK. 

9:07 p.m., 100 block of Buckskin Drive — A caller reported being told a male was attempting to get in a vehicle after hours. Law enforcement found the male and he was detained. 

June 22 

12:06 a.m., on High Street/Lindner Avenue — A male was detained and taken into custody after a probable cause search. 

12:32 a.m., 400 block of Upper Cibolo Creek Road — An employee reported a vehicle at the location was not supposed to be there. The employee later called and said two teenagers ran inside the location and stole liquor bottles. 

6:53 a.m., 100 block of S. FM 3351 — A donkey, a mini horse and 12 cows were reported to be on the side of the road, waiting for a bus ride into town. 

4:32 p.m., 600 block of Walnut Way — A caller was concerned about someone selling newborn kittens on Facebook. 

7:46 p.m., 500 block of N. FM 3351 — A caller reported having issues with another person on their property. The caller said the other person was feeding deer, despite the caller asking them not to. 

June 23 

12:22 a.m., 100 block of Paradise Path — A caller reported hearing gunshots coming from a large party in the area. Law enforcement investigated the situation and found there was a male at the party who had shot a few rounds into the ground. 

1:35 a.m., 300 block of E. Highway 46 — A caller reported he almost hit three cows when he was driving. Several minutes later, another car did hit the cows, and a tow truck was needed.  

2:25 p.m., 10000 block of Johns Road — A concerned caller reported a child sitting in the front seat of a vehicle with a parent who appeared to be impaired. 

8:47 p.m., Upper Cibolo Creek Road — A caller reported three males who backed into the caller’s driveway and went around the ticket booth to gain lake access. 

June 24 

7:57 a.m., 500 block of Cordillera Trace — A caller reported they had trapped a raccoon and needed assistance. 

1:41 p.m., mile marker 529 E. I-10 — A caller reported a truck had rolled over in the median of the interstate. The driver was able to get out of the vehicle but had blood on his face and a cut on his leg. Comfort FD and a wrecker called to the scene. 

5:35 p.m., mile marker 529 W. I-10 — More cows were reported to be wandering around on the side of the interstate. 

7:47 p.m., 200 block of Bluebonnet Drive — A resident was unamused by his neighbor’s brother’s antics after he drove by for the fourth time, speeding and honking. 

June 25 

9:25 a.m., 100 block of Madrone Trail — A caller reported that someone stole lumber from the location. 

8:21 p.m., 200 block of Doeskin Drive — A caller reported someone in the area who had repeatedly let their dogs off the leash. 

8:08 p.m., 100 block of Emerald Hill — A caller reported a gun had been stolen in recent days.
