Boerne Community Theatre unveils 2024 show lineup

BOERNE – Boerne Community Theatre has announced its 2024 show season, which theater troupe members say will be a year full of entertainment and unforgettable performances.

Tickets are already on sale for the season-opening stage presentation of “Welcome Back to Ivy Gap,” set for January 19-February 4.

“Welcome Back” to First Baptist of Ivy Gap. After a resulted in the death of the church’s beloved pastor, the sanctuary has been renovated and a new pastor has been called.

The third installment of the “First Baptist” trilogy, Welcome Back to Ivy Gap is a poignant look at colorful characters who – while being given second chances – share laughs, love and forgiveness.

In addition to “Ivy Gap,” the BCT season offers a diverse range of productions with something for every theater enthusiast, and for those who might be taking in their first BCT season.

From heartwarming dramas to side-splitting comedies, the Boerne Community Theatre arranged a lineup it hopes “will leave audiences on the edge of their seats.”

The lineup includes: * Welcome Back to Ivy Gap, Jan 19 - Feb 4. * Kodachrome, March 8 – 24.

* Teen Troupe Play (TBD), April 5 – 14.

* After the Fantasy, May 10 – 26.

* The 20-Year Crush, July 5 – 21.

* London Suite, Aug 30 - Sep 14.

* Honky Tonk Hissy Fit, Oct 11 – 27.

* Teen Troupe Musical (TBD), Nov 1 – 10.

Additionally, BCT will bring a special holiday fundraiser production, not included in the regular season show admission, Ebenezer Scrooge's Big Boerne, Texas Christmas Show, slated December 6-15.
