LAW ENFORCEMENT The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff ’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. An arrest should not imply guilt or innocence, which will be decided in court at a later date. BOERNE POLICE DEPARTMENT

NOVEMBER 21

7:09 a.m., 100 block of Bluebonnet Circle – A caller reported she had an argument with her boyfriend and then accidentally ran over his foot. EMS services were requested.

9:17 a.m., 32000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported an instance of credit card fraud.

11:23 a.m

., 31000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle they had seen on multiple occasions was taking photos of houses in the area. The caller added that the driver had presented a fake ID.

1:06 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – An employee reported an individual at the store had a prior history of stealing from the location.

1:22 p.m., 200 block of Horse Hill – A caller reported a moving company stole some of his items.

2:33 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported more than $100 of merchandise had been stolen.

NOVEMBER 22

4:03 a.m., 100 block of Lake View Drive – A caller reported someone was attempting to break into their vehicle. The caller suspected the individual was attempting to hot wire it. Law enforcement came to the location and the individual was detained and taken into custody.

7:43 a.m., Desert Flower/ Herff Ranch – A caller reported a former employee was at the location and was harassing the other employees

12:57 p.m., Bandera Road/I-10 – A caller driving by, reported a woman was appeared to be panhandling and harassing drivers.

6:45 p.m., mile marker 537 W. I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle was tailgating other drivers and flashing its lights. The caller said the driver almost hit another vehicle. Law enforcement located the vehicle and found that the driver was a wanted person. The driver was detained and taken into custody.

NOVEMBER 23

8:54 a.m., 33500 block of W. I-10 – A probable cause search ensued after a traffic stop. The male was taken into custody and a tow truck was called for the vehicle.

12:07 p.m., 200 block of Cold River -- A caller reported hearing a gunshot in the area and was concerned.

12:08 p.m., 100 block of Chesterna Drive – A caller reported her son’s ex-girlfriend trespassed on the caller’s property, barging into the caller’s house.

9:13 p.m., 100 block Herff Road – A caller reported former guests who were causing a scene and demanding to be let back into a hotel room they had checked out of, because they had left something in the room. The former guests went as far as knocking on the door of the hotel room.

11:53 p.m., 100 block of Dover Downs – A caller reported a vehicle was doing donuts in the cul-de-sac after driving around the area three times. The caller was not on location but witnessed the incident via his home video cameras.

NOVEMBER 24

12:13 p.m., mile marker 540 W. 1-10 – A caller reported a dog was running on the side of the interstate.

1:00 p.m., 400 block of E. Blanco Road – A caller reported a male who was charging people $20 to park at the location.

2:14 p.m., 7200 block of Dietz Elkhorn Road – A caller reported an assault from several weeks prior. The caller told the location of the incident, and law enforcement explained that the incident occurred in a different jurisdiction and the caller was referred there.

9:56 p.m., 100 block of Irons Street – A caller reported seeing a bonfire near the creek and was unsure if the fire was started by the property owner or trespassers. Boerne FD came to the location and found the fire was started by two trespassers who did not live in the area.

10:59 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – A woman called in, reporting she had been drinking and requested she be arrested for public intoxication.

NOVEMBER 25

8:13 a.m., 100 block of E. Flowing River – A video surveillance company reported a vehicle at the location that was not supposed to be there.

11:30 a.m., 500 block of Fabra Street – A caller reported she bought a puppy and the sellers were then requesting that she send additional money via a money-sending app.

3:04 p.m., on Greyhound Lane – A parent reported his teenage child had nude photos taken of her and were now being dispersed via group chats.

3:29 p.m., 600 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported a male who appeared to be breaking into a pickup in the parking lot. Law enforcement investigated the matter and found the male was the owner and had locked his keys in the vehicle.

3:37 p.m., 400 block of S. Main Street – A caller was concerned about a male who had come in and out of the location several times that afternoon and seemed to be “a little out of it.”

k of S. Main Street – An employee reported a woman who was detained after attempting to shoplift from the business.

8:46 p.m., 100 block of Shade Tree Road – A caller requested law enforcement come to the location to assist in a search for rings and birth certificates. The caller suspected they had been stolen but was unsure when it had occurred.

NOVEMBER 26

5:44 a.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported a dog, with a harness on, was wandering around the parking lot.

10:44 a.m., 100 block of S. Main Street – A caller was worried he had lost his wallet at Dickens on Main the prior evening. He was calling to learn if anyone had turned it in.

1:23 p.m., 100 block of Enterprise Parkway – A video surveillance company reported seeing an individual come on the property on two occasions, in two different vehicles. The caller said no one was supposed to be at the location.

5:38 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road -- An emergency vehicle notification system alerted local law enforcement of a stolen vehicle in the area.

6:35 p.m., 100 block of Magnolia Circle – A caller reported receiving threats from her boyfriend’s family via phone call. The caller added that her son had been threatened by the family as well.

NOVEMBER 27

8:23 a.m., 37000 block of E. I-10 – A caller reported fraudulent use of her credit card at the location.

8:49 a.m., 200 block of W. Bande

ra Road – A caller reported her wallet and credit card information had been fraudulently used online.

2:11 p.m., 600 block of W. Bandera Road -- A caller reported his pickup had been hit in the parking lot and the other party left without leaving their information. The caller explained they were unsure when the damage had occurred but had just noticed it on Friday.

2:38 p.m., 1400 block of River Road – A woman was pulled over for a traffic stop and it was discovered she had a warrant out for a drug-related matter. The woman was detained and taken into custody.

2:37 p.m., 100 block of Crosspoint Road – A property manager reported someone had attempted to break into the location over the weekend. The caller informed dispatch that there was broken glass on the front window.

10:49 p.m., 800 block of Johns Road – A parent reported her adolescent daughter had been chased by two men near a local park. The parent said this was an ongoing issue and wanted the matter documented by law enforcement.

NOVEMBER 28

9:18 a.m., 200 block of Schleicher Street – A caller reported a male who was seen looking at the school and messing with the gate. Law enforcement located the male and found he was an employee of the school.

5:19 p.m., 400 block of River Road – A caller reported an intoxicated woman who hit another woman at the location. Law enforcement came to the location and detained the family.

5:54 p.m., 100 block of Copper Creek – A caller reported two kids who were throwing chairs into the pool.

7:45 p.m., 100 block of Brunswick – A caller reported seeing someone on her video cameras trespass on her property. The caller said it was an ongoing issue with this individual.

8:59 p.m., 1600 block of River Road – A caller reported a halfsmoked marijuana cigarette at the gas pumps.

NOVEMBER 22

8:58 a.m., 100 block of Milagro – A caller reported her ex-husband had stolen her cell phone with other personal items. Law enforcement made contact with the ex-husband who denied ever doing such a thing.

11:43 a.m., on N. Highway 87 – A caller reported his vehicle had been stolen after he left his keys in it while inside a store.

2:17 p.m., 20 block of Seewald Road – A caller reported an issue with a bicyclist in the area. The caller told dispatch the bicyclist had yelled at the caller.

2:21 p.m., 300 block of Main Street – A caller reported a raccoon they had trapped and requested assistance.

5:43 p.m., 200 block of FM 1621 – A caller reported that she suspected a male, who she believed was intoxicated, siphoned gas out of one of the machines at the location.

7:07 p.m., FM 1376/Langley Road – Three or four exotic deer had escaped, obviously wondering if Santa would make any last-minute additions.

NOVEMBER 23

1:08 a.m., mile marker 531, E. I-10 – A vehicle was pulled over for a traffic stop. A probable cause search ensued, and the driver was subsequently detained.

8:17 a.m., 100 block of S. Highway 87 – A caller reported the driver in front of them was possibly falling asleep at the wheel. The caller added that the driver was “all over the road.” While speaking with dispatch, the driver in question pulled into a gas station.

2:11 p.m., Scenic Loop Road A caller reported their catalytic converter had been stolen.

4:53 p.m., 100 block of Fabra Lane – Six or seven cows were looking for any Thanksgiving leftovers in the area.

5:57 p.m., 900 block of FM 1888 – A caller reported another vehicle had flipped over. Another caller reported that they had witnessed the accident, and the occupant had been trapped inside. EMS was called for the driver and a wrecker was called for the vehicle.

NOVEMBER 24

3:38 a.m., 100 block of Live Oak Street – A caller reported he had gone to his neighbor’s house to ask him to secure his dog. He said the neighbor responded by telling the caller to get off his property or he would shoot the caller.

8:39 a.m., 300 block of Remington Drive – A caller reported that she thought she had seen someone running around her property during the night.

10:20 a.m., Doeskin Drive – A resident reported a phone scam, where the caller stated they were a Kendall County Sheriff’s deputy.

10:51 a.m., mile marker 544 W. I-10 – A caller reported a male and female walking on the side of the interstate who appeared to be carrying a lot of personal items.

11:52 a.m., on Scenic Loop Road – A caller reported the catalytic converter had been stolen off of her RV.

6:59 p.m., 500 block of Deer Road – A caller reported she had been bitten by a dog during an attempt to break up a dog fight, and she was taken to the emergency room.

NOVEMBER 25

12:15 p.m., 300 block of W. Highway 46 – A vehicle accident occurred involving a vehicle flipping over. A major head injury was reported, in addition to other occupants being injured and bleeding. Overall, five head traumas were reported. Multiple ambulances were called and traffic was temporarily shut down.

12:38 p.m., 100 block of Waterstone Parkway – A caller was concerned about packages being stolen from their community mailbox.

1:34 p.m., 400 block of FM 1376 – A caller reported her ex-spouse’s family kept trespassing on her property to harass her.

10:29 p.m., 800 block of FM 473 – A caller reported two or three vehicles on his property and he was unsure who they were, or how they got there. The caller said a similar incident occurred the previous week.

11:19 p.m., 300 block of Lakeside Circle – A caller reported someone with a flashlight was looking into different houses in the area.

NOVEMBER 26

12:02 a.m., Highway 46 West/ Thunder Valley Road – A rollover vehicle accident occurred. The driver had extricated themselves from the vehicle and was bleeding from the head. 

Law enforcement was contacted to assist with traffic control.

12:32 a.m., 100 block of Idlewilde Boulevard – A caller reported his ex-wife was at his residence, heavily intoxicated, and being destructive. The caller was further concerned because the ex-wife had gotten in her vehicle to drive back home. Law enforcement contacted her and she was detained.

1:15 p.m., N Highway 87 – A caller reported a former employee had shown up at the location and appeared to be intoxicated. At one point the individual left, but then returned to get gas. Law enforcement came to the location and the individual was detained.

3:36 p.m., 200 block of Doeskin Drive – A caller reported an unconscious male in the caller’s driveway, slouched over the steering wheel of his vehicle. The male woke up and attempted to back out of the driveway. EMS was called to the location and the male was detained.

NOVEMBER 27

10:44 a.m., on Staudt Street – An individual reported his credit card information had been stolen and someone had begun maxing it out.

11:45 a.m., 100 block of Simpatico – A caller reported a truck parked in front of an empty house. The caller was concerned because the vehicle had been parked there for an hour.

2:32 p.m., Staudt Street – Another person reported someone had stolen her credit card information and was using it.

5:27 p.m., 200 block of Holiday Road – A caller reported that she had received multiple scam calls throughout the day, with them requesting her bank information at one point.

NOVEMBER 28

8:50 a.m., 100 block of S. Stonegate Road – A group of cows was out, looking for their Black Friday purchases.

9:47 a.m., on Staudt Street – A person reported their credit card information had been compromised.

9:55 a.m., 700 block of South Street – A caller reported almost $10,000 in credit card fraud.

11:22 p.m., on N. Highway 87 – Gillespie County requested assistance from Kendall County law enforcement in looking for a vehicle that was involved in an accident. The driver did not have a valid driver’s license and law enforcement suspected drugs may be in the vehicle.
