LAW ENFORCEMENT The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff ’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. An arrest should not imply guilt or innocence, which will be decided in court at a later date. NOVEMBER 15

9: 47 a. m., 200 block of Woods of Boerne – A caller reported an instance of sexual harassment.

1:54 p.m., 200 block of Parkview Terrace – A caller reported fraudulent charges made on their debit card.

2:01 p.m., 100 block of Cactus Flower – A woman requested assistance in removing a bird from her house.

NOVEMBER 16

7:48 a.m., on Cascade Caverns Road – A caller was concerned about a vehicle that had been in the parking lot since the caller’s arrival an hour earlier. The caller added the vehicle had one occupant and the caller was unsure if they were asleep.

11:03 a.m., 100 block of Live Oak Street – A caller reported hundreds of dollars stolen in credit card fraud.

4:25 p.m., 900 block of N. Main Street – A caller reported a former employee of the store was attempting to steal quarters from the location.

5:07 p.m., 200 block of Tilbury Boulevard – A caller was worried after hearing a gunshot in the wooded area near their location.

NOVEMBER 17

12:38 a.m., miler marker 537 W. I-10 – A vehicle was pulled over for a traffic stop. Two of the occupants were searched and one was found to have a warrant for their arrest.

9:00 a.m., 100 block of Herff Road – A caller was suspicious of a future hotel guest who was having items sent there and then asking they be forwarded to another address.

6:30 p.m., on English Oaks/ Adler Road – A caller reported an odd-looking male walking around the neighborhood slowly who they thought looked suspicious.

8:46 p.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road – A woman called in to report her boyfriend had just left the location but had threatened to come back and assault her.

9:31 p.m., 600 block of Rosewood Road – A caller reported a lot of flashing lights in the area behind her residence.

NOVEMBER 18

12:21 a.m., on Hwy. 46 West/ Diamond Ridge – Two callers reported a vehicle stopped in the middle of the road. Law enforcement came to the location and found the driver unconscious and slumped over the steering wheel. A blood warrant was granted for a suspected DUI and the driver was taken into custody.

9:03 a.m., 3100 block of W I-10 – A caller reported their vehicle had been rear-ended. The other party called in to report that the vehicle had pulled out in front of them and then hit its brakes, resulting in the accident.

9:25 a.m., 100 block of Stone Creek Circle – A resident came in to report an instance of fraud.

5:38 p.m., 600 block of Graham Street – A husband reported his wife had been bitten by a dog and had taken her to urgent care.

6:51 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – An employee suspected there were five illegal immigrants at the caller’s location. The caller explained that the individuals didn’t speak English and their vehicle’s registration was expired.

7:34 p.m., on Bandera Road/ Main Street – A caller reported five teenage males were walking away from a vehicle in a ditch. Law enforcement came to location and the males took off running.

NOVEMBER 19

10:14 a.m., mile marker 543 W. I-10 – A caller reported that the prior evening, another driver side-swiped the caller’s vehicle, knocking off a mirror, the gas cap, and cutting the tire, amongst other damages.

1:01 p.m., 600 block of N. Main Street – A caller reported stolen items, including his computer.

4:39 p.m. 400 block of W. Bandera Road – Law enforcement was alerted to a vehicle with a recorded stolen VIN number.

4:57 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – An employee reported catching a male attempting to shoplift from the business.

7:05 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported a drunk driver hit his vehicle in the parking lot and was attempting to leave the location.

KENDALL COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE NOVEMBER 14

8:43 a.m., Highway 87/I-10 – A caller reported an 18-wheeler was turned over on its side. The caller said the truck cab was leaking fluid, with the driver trapped inside.

8:57 a.m., 400 block of FM 474 -- A black cow was caught heading into town, obviously on its way to get its Christmas shopping done ahead of Black Friday.

3:08 p.m., 100 block of Honeycomb Drive – A caller reported drugs being held at the location and requested additional law enforcement presence in the area.

5:22 p.m., 1600 block of River Road – A male was detained and taken into custody during a traffic stop. A wrecker was called for his vehicle.

11:11 p.m., 200 block of Vizcaya – A caller said her husband told her to call law enforcement after seeing two suspicious males in the backyard. They later found it had just been an animal.

NOVEMBER 15

2:51 a.m., 100 block of Blue Ridge – A caller was concerned about three people who were walking around the area, looking under RVs and trailers.

1:56 p.m., 100 block of Steel Valley Drive – A caller reported that one of her neighbors had threatened to shoot her dogs when they got out of the fence earlier that day.

6:19 p.m., N. Highway 87 – An employee called in to request assistance in removing a female from the location due to her prior history of shoplifting.

6:40 p.m., mile marker 522 E. I-10 – Local law enforcement assisted Kerr County with pursuing a vehicle suspected of being involved in human smuggling. Spikes were set up along the interstate, and successfully resulted in a flat tire on the vehicle. Three individuals were taken into custody.

NOVEMBER 16

7:52 a.m., 900 block of FM 1376 – A very popular cow was reported by not one, not two, but three separate callers.

10:02 a.m., 100 block of Stonegate North – A caller who was selling her truck received a check for it through the mail but found out the check was fraudulent.

10:57 a.m., 200 block of Clubs Drive – An employee reported someone stealing golf clubs and bags from the location.

12:31 p.m., 100 block of Woodland Ranch Road – A caller reported a van had been parked in the same location for an hour, with an individual moving around in the back.

2:24 p.m., 1000 block of S Highway 87 – A caller reported a woman who came in and assaulted the owner of the business. The caller provided a description of the owner to dispatch.

4:20 p.m., 400 block of FM 474 – A caller reported she had been bitten by a dog 20 minutes prior to calling.

5:54 p.m., 300 block of N. Walnut Way – Despite not receiving an invite, a presumptuous goat showed up at this resident’s house for dinner.
