BOERNE POLICE DEPARTMENT OCTOBER 26
9:18 a.m., 1400 block of River Road – A woman reported her driver’s license had been stolen.
9:33 a.m., 100 block of First Street – A caller reported a male who was parked across the street from the caller’s residence. The caller was concerned that the individual was watching the house. Law enforcement found the male’s vehicle had died and provided assistance with a jump.
5:26 p.m., 300 block of Plant Avenue – Local enforcement was provided with information on an individual who had driven away from a hit and run in Kerrville earlier in the day. 5:43 p.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road – A caller reported a minor who had climbed up a two-story railing and would not come down. Law enforcement came to the location and the minor came down.
6:44 p.m., 31000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported someone trying to sell rings at the gas pumps. The caller also reported that someone in the parking lot was selling loaves of bread.
7:01 p.m., 300 block of Lakeview Drive – A caller reported hearing a gunshot in the area. The caller added that his children just got home and told him they saw kids with AK-47s on a nearby property. Law enforcement was unable to locate the incident.
7:51 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported two young males, one of whom was covered in blood. The caller informed dispatch they got into a vehicle without a front license plate. Law enforcement made contact with the males and found the cause of bleeding to be a foot laceration.

4:18 p.m., 100 block of Staffel Street – A caller reported assistance removing a vehicle. The caller explained the vehicle belongs to an employee’s ex-girlfriend and was inconveniently blocking two spots. Law enforcement came to the location and found the woman in her vehicle, refusing to move.
5:38 p.m., 500 block of Adler Road – A caller reported a truck with its windows down, in the middle of a field. The caller was with the Parks Department and explained there was no reason for the vehicle to be there.
11:13 p.m., 200 block of Ivy Lane – A caller reported hearing screaming and thumping coming from the apartment above him. The caller said it sounded like there were three to five people, who were yelling and swearing. The caller added this was a regular occurrence.
OCTOBER 28
1:14 a.m., 1500 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported a vehicle that was driving without any headlights.
2:42 a.m., mile maker 538, E. I-10 – A caller reported a single-vehicle accident. The caller, who was the driver, explained she could smell smoke inside the vehicle and got out. The vehicle required a wrecker. Highway infrastructure damage occurred and TxDOT was contacted.
4:40 a.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road – A caller reported she had heard someone attempt to open her front door. The caller did not think the individual had stayed but was unsure. 5:21 a.m., 100 block of S. Main Street – A Parks Department employee reported that someone appeared to be living in one of the restroom stalls. The caller provided a description of the male and the direction he went.
9:47 a.m., 100 block of Lake Front Drive – A caller reported two large dogs had shown up on his property and were being aggressive.
11:05 a.m., Old San Antonio Road/ Herff Road – A caller reported a motorcycle accident and noted the driver was not wearing a helmet. EMS was called to the scene and found the driver possibly had a broken arm.
11:49 a.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – An employee reported her phone and wallet had been stolen.
OCTOBER 29
1:39 a.m., 100 block of Deerwood Oaks – A caller reported hearing a loud bang from inside her house. The caller was concerned because it sounded as though it was the back door. She requested law enforcement come and look at the residence’s backyard.
3:08 a.m., 100 block of Shadow Knoll – A caller reported another incident of someone hitting their front door and taking off running. The caller explained this was not the first time this had happened, as a similar incident had occurred in August.
12:02 p.m., 100 block of Hampton Cove – A caller requested assistance from law enforcement regarding harassing texts from a soon-to-be former significant other.
1:33 p.m., 600 block of S. School Street – A mother called in to report her son had been bitten by a boa snake at school.
2:06 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – A mother reported seeing a male taking pictures of the caller’s daughter. The caller was concerned and left the location.

11:55 a.m., 700 block of River Road – A caller reported individuals who were dumping items at the location. The caller had taken photos of the individuals.
1:15 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported a male going around the parking lot, looking in vehicles and checking door handles. The caller provided dispatch with the male’s vehicle information.
5:25 p.m., 100 block of Oak Grove – A caller was concerned that someone may have obtained her Social Security number and had been fraudulently using it.
5:28 p.m., 200 block of Schweppe Street – A caller reported she had returned from an out-of-town trip two days earlier and found damage to her back door. The caller said it appeared someone had attempted to break in, with damage to the glass and weather stripping.
7:34 p.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio – A caller reported her brother had taken her vehicle the prior night without permission and he had not returned.
8:42 p.m., 100 block of PhilWilson – In preparation for Halloween, two snakes spooked this woman. She requested assistance from law enforcement to remove them.

6:42 a.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road – A woman who ended up at the emergency room wanted to report an assault.
8:27 a.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road – A caller requested law enforcement’s help with his brother harassing him.
9:34 a.m., 600 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported a male who appeared to be under the influence of drugs. The caller described that the man was talking to the sky and dancing around.
11:59 a.m., 31000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported an older male was going around the area, asking people to buy him lunch. The male left before law enforcement arrived.
11:03 p.m., 200 block of Lohmann Street – A caller reported someone had knocked on her door and window. The caller said the same thing occurred the night before, but the caller saw the individual that time. The caller was concerned the individual was attempting to break into her house.

7:24 a.m., Rust Lane – A caller reported a fire on their property. At the time of the call, the fire was controlled but was violating the burn ban. The Bergheim F.D. extinguished the fire.
7:59 a.m., Brandenburg CT/Platten Creek Road – A caller reported an aggressive dog in her neighborhood whose owners did not shut a gate. The caller said every time she walked by the residence, the dog came running at her. 8:17 a.m., FM 1376/Walnut Way – A caller reported he saw a vehicle parked at and an individual near the mailboxes in the middle of the night. Later that morning, mail and flyers were all over the ground. The caller said when the individual saw the caller, he got in his vehicle and quickly drove away.
8:22 a.m., 300 Block of Mountain Springs Drive – A caller reported that his locked mailbox had been broken into. The caller said another house’s mail had ended up in his front yard, indicating additional mailboxes had been broken into.
8:54 a.m., 100 Block of Mountain Springs Drive – A caller reported her mail had been opened and left on her property.
3:23 p.m., 100 Block of N. Highway 87 – A former employee was reported to be acting hostile and verbally abusive. The caller was requesting assistance from law enforcement as the employee was making verbal threats.

7:25 a.m., on Winged Foot – A caller requested assistance with a trapped raccoon.
7:36 a.m., 800 block of N. Highway 87 – A caller reported a vehicle that had flipped over in the middle of the hill. The two occupants were reported to only have minor injuries.
8:20 a.m., 100 block of Ranch Drive -- A caller reported a trapped skunk which was unsurprisingly“ready to be picked up.”
9:34 a.m., 700 block of FM 289 – A calf out looking for some breakfast had gotten lost under the interstate.
10:25 a.m., 300 block of Wild Turkey Boulevard -- A caller reported fraudulent emails had been sent from her email address, requesting money.
4:22 p.m., on Ernst Road – A caller reported that someone had charged $1,000 on her credit card.
OCTOBER 28
8:22 a.m., 300 block of FM 1376 – A couple of donkeys were reported to be on the side of the road discussing where they should go for brunch.
11:03 a.m., 10 block of Walnut Way – A caller reported that someone had ripped the back off of his mailbox. The caller was concerned because his new Social Security card was supposed to arrive. It was discovered that the Post Office had luckily held the mail.
1:27 p.m., 50 block of Ranger Creek – A caller reported that a fellow driver had a road rage incident and made death threats towards the caller.
2:14 p.m., 400 block of Old #9 – A caller reported a credit card had gone missing and charges were being made to the card.
4:25 p.m., 700 block of River Road – This caller experienced everyone’s worst nightmare when her friend’s dog jumped out of the caller’s vehicle while driving and ran away.
9:20 p.m., 600 block of Front Street – Law enforcement detained two males after a traffic stop. The individuals were read their rights and taken into custody.
OCTOBER 29
12:09 a.m., 300 block of Sunflower Road – A woman called in requesting help because someone was going to kill her. Law enforcement pinged the location of the phone call and went to the location. They looked for the woman but did not find anyone.
12:45 a.m., 100 block of Blue Ridge – A caller requested law enforcement come to their location. The caller said when they entered the office, papers were disheveled and they were unsure if anything had been stolen.
12:58 p.m., 300 block of Upper Cibolo Creek Road – A caller reported someone broke through his property gate during the night.
3:35 p.m., FM 1888/FM 1376 – Kendall County Sheriff’s Office reached out to the Gillespie County Sheriff’s Office to report a vehicle that had taken off from a routine traffic stop.
4:52 p.m., FM 474/Spring Creek Road – A caller reported individuals who appeared to be looking into mailboxes. The caller provided dispatch with information regarding where the vehicle went.
8:05 p.m., 100 block of Spanish Pass Road – A caller reported that someone had dumped poisonous trees in a goat pen, killing 13 goats. The caller provided dispatch with information regarding who they suspected did it.
