Boerne Concert Band, Main Plaza Park, 7 p.m. The Boerne Concert Band plays a wide range of music that people of all ages can enjoy. This group of volunteer musicians is quickly becoming one of the best performing groups in central Texas. They always put on a great show when they play concerts in the park! Active Movement, PHPL Community Room, 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Join LaVada Smith as she guides you through the ancient meditative, easy movement practice of Qi gong, each Friday morning at 10 a.m. in the community room. Dress comfortably, no special equipment or mats needed. This program is part of our Silver Library Initiative.
