The Geneva School of Boerne golf teams placed second and third at the recent regional meet to both advance to the TAPPS state tournament being held this week.
The Geneva girls were second after Ellie Ledoux led the team with a 95, Mattie Sue Arnold scored a 101, while Grace Doan and Suzi Nilsson both carded 103s and Ella Sorrells finished with a 105.
On the boys side, the Eagles placed third and were led by Jack Walker Harden and Jace Hulett, who both scored 77s. Mark Bannwolf finished with an 80, Noah Lee shot an 89 and Jacob Goodman scored a 99.
