Lady Hounds record 8th shutout of league play

The Boerne High girls soccer team recorded its eighth shutout in district soccer Tuesday night when the Lady Hounds blanked Wimberley, 4-0.

BHS improves to 11-0 in district and 20-2 overall. They are off until after spring break when they host Canyon Lake on Monday.

The Boerne defense has only given up goals in three different district matches and one of those came to Wimberley in the first round when BHS won, 3-2, but the Lady Texans couldn’t get on the board in Tuesday contest
