The Patrick Heath Public Library played host to its annual bike-trike race at Main Plaza on Wednesday morning as dozens of children showed up with their favorite mode of transportation. Boerne High School sophomore Justin Koth won the Class 4A State Tennis Championship in boys singles on Wednesday. Koth defeated Longview High School’s Zach Couch in straight sets to win the title match. Three girls on the BHS tennis team also medaled at the state meet while one Champion duo did the same. 

A statement repeated to a jury and sternly directed at the defendant rang true Wednesday afternoon: “I’m going to be in so much trouble,” bringing a decade-long criminal case to a close.

The Boerne Independent School District believes there is nothing more important than getting an education after high school, whether it’s at a professional training program, a community college, a four-year college or university or in the military.
