The Geneva School of Boerne volleyball team closed out the first round of district play Tuesday night with a three-set sweep of Castle Hills.
Geneva won the match, 25-13, 25-21, 25-16, and stands in first place in district at the end of the first round with a record of 6-0.
Geneva began the second round of league play Thursday at home against Schertz John Paul II.
The Eagles are also scheduled to host Hill Country Christian Friday as well in a non-district match.
