BOERNE POLICE DEPARTMENT July 19
2:11 a.m., 1100 Block Grand – A caller requested the Boerne FD come to her residence after a gas burner had been left on and the location smelled like gas.
8: 41 a. m., 700 Block River – A caller reported seeing a vehicle’s windshield that was shattered during the night.
1:21 p.m., 200 Block N Main – A resident reported that they were being stalked by an individual. The resident even noted that the individual had followed them to the police department.
1:26 p.m., 600 Block W Bandera – A caller reported that a cartel member had called him and told the caller he needed to pay, or they were going to shoot the caller’s family. The caller said they listed his family members and prior address.
7:00 p.m., 200 Block W Bandera Rd – A business owner repor ted that one of their employees had stolen another employee’s check.
7:56 p.m., 100 Block Old San Antonio – A caller reported receiving a death threat. A male had sent the caller a video of him boiling an animal and said that was how he would kill the caller. It was not in Boerne PD jurisdiction, but they escorted the caller to speak with Bexar County law enforcement.
July 20
12:23 a.m., 600 Block W Bandera Rd – A caller reported a driver they suspected of being intoxicated when going through the drive- through. Dispatch noted there was loud music and the vehicle’s engine was revving. Law enforcement found the individual was not intoxicated and was sitting on the tailgate of his vehicle.
10: 46 a. m., 100 Block Wild Rose Hill – A caller reported that her credit card had been stolen and fraudulent charges had been made on the card.
11:28 a.m., 100 Block Whisper Way – A caller reported that a former employee was harassing him at a job site. The caller said the former employee was at the location, yelling and swearing at the caller. The caller wanted to contact law enforcement before the altercation became physical.
7: 30 p. m., 100 Block Bluebonnet Circle – A concerned caller reported hearing a child screaming and then the father yelling. Law enforcement found that everything was okay, and the father was trying to get his child to calm down.
10:17 p.m., Main/E Evergreen – A caller reported a suspicious vehicle that had backed into the location and turned its lights off. To add to the peculiarity, the occupants got out of the vehicle and began walking around the alley with flashlights.
July 21
2: 50 p. m., 100 Block Medical Dr – A caller pulled into the apartment complex and was hit by a vehicle going the wrong way. There were no reported injuries; however, the caller reported his vehicle may be undriveable due to it leaking radiator fluid. The other driver was detained by law enforcement.
3:41 p.m., 100 Block Menger Springs – A male was discharged but was refusing to leave the location. The caller explained the male had made a sign saying he was homeless. The caller later called back to report the male had received a ride.
5:48 p.m., 540 MM W I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle that had run other vehicles off the road, ran over the mile marker sign, and then driven off. The caller reported the vehicle had two front flat tires. Another vehicle was reported to be disabled and was on the side of the highway. Multiple wreckers were called to the scene. A caller reported seeing the suspected vehicle parked at a location off the highway.
10:36 p.m., Champion/Dove Tail – A car and a minibike were involved in an accident. One of the individuals involved was bleeding from their nose and ankle and was unconscious but breathing. EMS was called to the scene.
11:18 p.m., 500 Block S Plant – A caller reported someone in her front yard, going through her trash cans. The caller reported that it sounded like they were banging on the cans.
July 22
8: 05 a. m., Staudt St – An employee reported that two females in a heated verbal d i s p u te. The females had been separated but the caller requested law enforcement come to the location in case the situation escalated.
9: 59 a. m., Main/ Blanco – A vehicle and a bicyclist were involved in an accident. Boerne FD responded to the scene. Luckily, there were no injuries.
10:52 a.m., 100 Block Hampton Way – A resident reported that during the prior night, several kids had gone around the neighborhood ringing doorbells and setting bags on fire on people’s porches. The resident told dispatch she had video footage of the incident.
3:32 p.m., 540 MM E I-10 – A male was detained after a probable cause search during a traffic stop.
5: 06 p. m., 300 Block Lasso Falls – A caller reported a vehicle that kept driving by, with the driver cussing and flipping him off. The caller reported that it was three teenage occupants.
July 23
2: 11 p. m., 1000 Block River – A caller reported a pole and a tree blocking both lanes of the roadway. Boerne FD was contacted to assist in the matter. GVTC was also contacted because it was one of their poles. Special technicians were required to handle the specific cables. A rush was put on it to get the cables out of the way.
2:19 p.m., 30 Block Old San Antonio – A caller reported a Boerne Utilities pole that had been damaged. The pole was cracked but still upright.
4:24 p.m., River/Herff – A caller reported an accident where they were rear- ended. Both vehicles relocated to the Boerne City Park parking lot.
8:30 p.m., 539 MM E I-10 – Three individuals were detained after a routine traffic stop. The vehicle was taken into custody by a towing company.
July 24
11: 36 a. m., 100 Block Jolie – A caller reported that her doorbell camera caught three males walking around her front yard and one male in her backyard. The caller was concerned because she was home alone with her children.
12:01 p.m., 400 Block W Bandera – A caller reported a male claimed the caller had scratched his vehicle. In retaliation, the male had gotten out a knife and scratched the caller’s vehicle.
4:04 p.m., 1400 Block S Main – A coach for the area reported he had been receiving a large amount of internet order for money. The caller understood that it was pranks but still wanted the matter documented.
5:42 p.m., 1300 Block S Main – A caller reported a young family with a child, sitting at the corner, asking for money.
July 25
12:31 a.m., 600 Block W Highland – A husky had decided to take a midnight stroll around the area.
12: 43 a. m., 35000 Block W I- 10 – An employee reported two people in the parking lot, sleeping in their car with a loud generator running. Law enforcement made contact with the people who explained they had stopped to sleep but were going to leave.
1: 50 p. m., 1400 Block River – A caller reported that thirty minutes prior, a vehicle had rearended her and then driven off. The caller provided dispatch with information about the vehicle.
6:15 p.m., 1400 Block S Main – A caller reported another hit and run accident. The caller stated that a sports car had hit her vehicle as she was pulling into Dog & Pony Grill. The driver had then taken off down Main Street, towards the interstate. Luckily, the caller had gotten the driver’s license plate.
