Boerne BierFest committee is excited to announce the 3rd annual Homebrew Competition, sponsored by the San Antonio Cerveceros, and a chance to brew with Free Roam Brewing, AND claim the coveted Championship Belt.

This thrilling event offers home brewing enthusiasts the opportunity to showcase their skills, win the ultimate recognition, and brew their winning beer at the Free Roam Brewing facility. The Boerne Bier-Fest Homebrew Competition invites talented homebrewers from the region to submit their finest brews for a chance to be crowned the Champion. The Boerne BierFest Homebrew Competition aims to celebrate and support the vibrant home- brewing community, while highlighting the exceptional craftsmanship found within Boerne and its surroundings.

JULY 16TH, 2023, IS THE DEADLINE TO ENTER, so better get to brewing! First round of the competition will be judged by certified BJCP judges, and our top three will be chosen by Free Roam head Brewers Brandon Phillips and Jeron Shepherd.

Winners will be announced and a Champion will be crowned ( or if you will, BELTED) at Boerne BierFest, September 23rd, 2023!
