All four Kendall Country 11-man football teams were in action Friday, with three of them at home.
Boerne Champion
Boerne Champion picked up its first district win of the year and is 1-3 in league play after they defeated Mac, 59-13. The Chargers scored on the first play of the game and never looked back.
Champion is 4-3 overall and visits Victoria East Friday.
Boerne High
The Greyhounds defeated Victoria West Friday night, 50-33. The Hounds are 4-3 overall and 2-1 in district.
BHS hosts Veterans Memorial Friday at BISD Stadium.
Geneva School of Boerne
Geneva beat Hill Country Christian 36-21 Friday for homecoming. The Eagles had been on the road for four of its last five and were glad to be at home.
Geneva is 4-4 overall and 2-2 in district. They play a non-district game Friday at home against Compass Rose from S.A.
Comfort High
Friday's game in Comfort was tied at 24-24 by halftime but Rogers tallied the only score of the second half for the 31-24 victory.
Comfort is 2-4 overall and 0-1 in district.
