The rebuilding project continues for the Crestmont Christian Prep high school volleyball program.
Last Friday, Crestmont Christian Prep took on Great Hearts – Invictus in Helotes. It was a difficult night for the Crestmont Warriors and the Highlanders won the game, 25-6, 25-4.
Crestmont also brought serve on Monday afternoon against the San Antonio Saints. It was rough going from start to finish and the Warriors lost to the Saints, 25-3, 25-8, and slip to 1-3 this season.
The Crestmont Warriors will be serving it up this Saturday at the San Antonio Saints High School tournament.
Season goals are in focus and Crestmont players along with Coach Parkinson are determined to lay the groundwork for the future, according to Crestmont Athletic Director Matt Oliver.
After not playing volleyball for 22 months, the school rebooted their volleyball program this year.
Crestmont students meet at First Baptist Church in Boerne and play their volleyball matches at Messiah Lutheran Church and the Jones CHRISTmas Ranch.
The school’s athletic programs are governed by the Texas Association of Independent Athletic Organizations.
