LAW ENFORCEMENT 

The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. An arrest should not imply guilt or innocence, which will be decided in court at a later date. BOERNE POLICE DEPARTMENT

JUNE 12

12:08 a.m., 37000 block of W. Interstate 10 — A caller reported four juveniles who were seen drinking at the location. The caller said they had a backpack full of alcohol.

1:03 a.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street — A male reported his girlfriend was drinking and driving. The male gave information about her and the vehicle.

7:47 a.m., on Herff Road/Old San Antonio Road — A caller reported he had seen someone dump kittens along the side of the road.

2:16 p.m., 100 block of Ayshire — A caller reported black smoke was coming from the location. Everyone was evacuated from the house. The fire on the back porch was extinguished.

JUNE 13

3:20 a.m., 100 block of W. Cibolo Drive — A caller reported a vehicle on her driveway and there were people camping out. There was a physical altercation and medical services were required.

6:49 a.m., 100 block of Jordan Place — A caller reported a vehicle had been parked in front of the caller’s house for the previous three days.

2:26 p.m., 100 block of Lone Star — A caller reported harassment that had been progressively getting worse over the past five months.

7:30 p.m., on Cascade Caverns Road — A caller reported seeing two juveniles riding skateboards on the tennis courts. The caller said he was concerned they were going to tear up the courts.

JUNE 14

8:50 a.m., 1600 block of River Road — A manager reported receiving repeated threats after following store policy regarding an abandoned driver’s license.

2:59 p.m., 37000 block of E. I-10 — An employee reported a male was drinking beer in the parking lot. The male had been asked to leave the location but refused.

4:53 p.m., 400 block of E. Bandera Road — A caller reported that a trailer full of equipment was missing when he arrived home. The trailer was found to have been at Walmart and had been towed.

5:24 p.m., 100 block of WhisperWay — A caller reported having video surveillance of someone taking a bike from their property.

JUNE 15

8:43 a.m., 1600 block of River Road — An assistant manager reported wine had been stolen from the location. The manager provided dispatch with the name of the subject.

10:51 a.m., 200 block of Woods of Boerne Boulevard — A caller reported finding an arrow in her backyard and was unsure where it came from.

4:09 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road — A caller reported someone struck her vehicle while she was in H-E-B. Although the other party had left their information, the caller wanted law enforcement to come to the location to see the damage.

11:09 p.m., 300 block of Aberdeen — A caller reported a male was stalking him and making unwanted advances.

JUNE 16

3:57 p.m., 37000 block of W. I-10 — A baseball game got very heated with arguments breaking out between two parties who were recently separated, and two teams who were ignoring the director.

7:17 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street — An employee reported a person coming into the location who had been banned from the location.

JUNE 12

12:41 a.m., mile marker 542 W. I-10 — A male pulled over for a traffic stop was detained and taken into custody.

4:41 a.m., mile marker 536 E. I-10 — A woman had sustained an injury to her back and leg and was bleeding as the result of a head-on collision. Another occupant was complaining of back and chest pain. One lane of the interstate was temporarily shut down. Medical assistance was called for the occupants. Tow trucks were called for the involved vehicles.

8:08 a.m., 39000 block of E. I-10 — A motorist reported seeing a male wearing a dirty T-shirt sitting in the road.

12:57 p.m., 100 block of Blue Ridge — A caller reported his laptop had been hacked when someone contacted Microsoft impersonating the caller. The caller was directed to the correct jurisdiction.

8:06 p.m., 100 block of Brooks Crossing — A caller reported a cat sneaked inside their roof and decided to hang out.

JUNE 13

8:12 a.m., 100 block of Kendall Ridge — A caller reported his vehicle had been broken into and someone had gone through his console.

2:48 p.m., 100 block of Ammann Road — After eating a rather large lunch, a cow was on the side of the road, taking a break on his walk home.

3:07 p.m., 100 block of Comanche Road — A caller reported she had been contacted, telling her that someone from Kendall County was slandering her.

4:54 p.m., 1000 block of Kendall Jackson — A caller reported that a check of almost $10,000 was stolen from the location earlier in the week.

JUNE 14

7:49 a.m., 300 block of River Oaks Road — A caller reported a trapped raccoon and requested animal control to come pick it up.

12:15 p.m., 300 block of Saddle Mountain Drive — A caller said a company came by and cut out part of his front gate while he was out of town.

1:43 p.m., 10000 block of Johns Road — Two horses sauntered into someone’s yard and were reported to be conspiring to use their swimming pool to cool off.

7:52 p.m., 800 block of Walnut Way — A caller reported neighbors were playing their music too loud, interrupting the caller’s desired outside ambience.

JUNE 15

12:40 a.m., 100 block of Sharon Drive — A resident reported someone drove into his fence. The resident told dispatch the male was possibly intoxicated. Law enforcement came to the location and the male was taken into custody.

6:19 a.m., Old San Antonio Road — A female was detained after a traffic stop and her vehicle was towed away.

9:56 a.m., mile marker 522 E. I-10 — The sheriff’s office was alerted by Kerr County about a motorcyclist with a gun in his waistband who was heading for Kendall County.

JUNE 16

1:36 a.m., 500 block of Sunflower — A caller reported a male was at her front door. The caller was concerned as she wasn’t expecting anyone.

6:37 a.m., 100 block of Robins Way — A caller reported they had trapped a raccoon. They informed dispatch where they would be leaving the trap for animal control.

10:02 a.m., on Staudt Street — A deputy found a driver to be suspicious. A K-9 unit was deployed and located drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.

1:32 p.m., 100 block of Spring Valley Cove — A caller reported drones were coming on her property.

3:15 p.m., 100 block of Chapel Hill — A caller reported a small dog without a collar was hanging out behind the church.

10:13 p.m., 100 block of Cantina Sky — A caller reported her cat had died several days earlier and she found it had been shot.
