Geneva tennis team staying busy in spring season

The Geneva School of Boerne tennis team has been busy lately and played in a bunch of matches this spring.

The Eagles stand at 3-3 overall in team tennis.

Geneva played Lutheran and won 12-2.

The Geneva girls defeated the Lutheran girls 4-0 and the Geneva boys beat the Lutheran boys, 8-2.

The Eagles also played St. Mary’s Hall and lost to the Barons 12-3.

The Lady Barons went 7-1 against the Geneva girls and the St. Mary’s Hall boys went 5-2 vs. the Geneva boys.

Geneva played the Boerne High JV and the Greyhounds won 22-11.

The Boerne JV girls went 8-5 against the Eagles, while the BHS boys JV was 14-6 vs. the Geneva boys.

The Eagles also tangled with Atonement and won 10-5.

The Geneva girls won 5-1 and the Geneva boys won 5-4.

Geneva played San Antonio Christian Schools and suffered an 11-4 loss to the Lions. SACS sacked the Geneva girls 5-3 and the Lions won on the boys side, 6-1.

The Eagles also beat Living Rock in their spring opener, 9-2.
