The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. An arrest should not imply guilt or innocence, which will be decided in court at a later date. JAN. 10

8:17 a.m., 100 block of Waring Knoll Drive – A caller reported she suspected her husband was using her company’s name to do business without her consent.

10:28 a.m., on Blue Diamond – A caller reported he received a scam call saying he owed $7,000 for outstanding warrants.

10:49 a.m., 300 block of Shady Oaks – A caller reported he had been hired to do work at a location and then had not been paid for his services. Law enforcement got involved in the situation. The caller was subsequently paid.

12:38 p.m., mile marker 531 W. I-10 – A caller was concerned about a male who appeared to be laying naked in the grass. Law enforcement came to the location and found the male to be in his underwear. 

2:45 p.m., 100 block Oak Acres Lane – A resident was concerned about a vehicle in the area. The caller reported they had not seen the vehicle before and didn’t think it belonged in the neighborhood. Law enforcement advised that they contacted the driver, and the vehicle was with the telecom company.

JAN. 11

12:34 a.m., mile marker 529 W. I-10 – A driver, suspected of being intoxicated, was detained and taken to the hospital for a blood draw.

7:17 a.m., 100 block of Turley Knob Road – A caller reported he had flipped his vehicle and was unable to get out. The caller added that his arm was bleeding and he had a history of back problems. Emergency services were contacted.

1:20 p.m., 300 block of Old Blanco Road – A caller reported one of her employees had threatened the life of another employee earlier that day.

3:24 p.m., 100 block of Creekside – A caller reported her friend was renting a house and it was usually locked; however, the door had been left wide open.

4:04 p.m., Staudt Street -- A resident came in to report a drone was hovering over his house at night, and then following him to work in the morning.

9:26 p.m., mile marker 522 E. I-10 – The sheriff’s office was advised of a law enforcement pursuit from Kerrville, with five Kerr County officers already in pursuit. An occupant was a person wanted in Kendall County.

JAN. 12

8:47 a.m., 800 block of Front Street – A staff member requested assistance from law enforcement in removing an individual from the location. The individual had a history of leaving trash at the location and refusing to leave.

10:20 a.m., 700 block of FM 289 – A caller reported an 18-wheeler had fire coming out from underneath it. Comfort FD was contacted. The fire was successfully extinguished. A service truck was required due to the vehicle being disabled.

10:10 a.m., 500 block of Lazy B Road – A caller reported someone had opened his mailbox, gone through his mail, and then returned the opened items to the mailbox.

2:33 p.m., 100 block of Flat Rock Drive – A caller reported his relative had been living at the residence and when she had moved out, she had stolen several belongings from the location.

8:08 p.m., mile marker 533 W. I-10 – A probable cause search occurred to two female occupants during a traffic stop. Both females were read their rights and taken into custody.

JAN. 13

6:43 a.m., mile marker 522 E. I-10 – An individual with law enforcement informed the sheriff’s office of a vehicle they suspected of transporting illegal immigrants. Law enforcement located the vehicle and began pursuing it. The vehicle was unsuccessful in getting away and wrecked. Two people were immediately detained, with an unknown number running away. Two additional people were detained.

7:49 a.m., mile marker 537 W. I-10 – A caller was concerned about an older model vehicle with two occupants wearing ski masks.

7:44 p.m., 200 block of E. Highway 46 – A caller reported a former significant other was texting her, saying he was going to hurt her.

11:14 p.m., N. Highway 87 – A caller reported a male who was hitting and shoving a woman into a vehicle. The woman had been hiding in the bathroom. Law enforcement located the situation, and the male was detained.

JAN. 14

10:36 a.m., 200 block of N. Hwy. 87 – A caller reported his neighbor’s dog attacked and killed the caller’s dog.

5:26 p.m., 300 block of W. Hwy. 46 – Two vehicles were involved in an accident. One of the drivers had leg pain and couldn’t move her leg. The other driver had sustained injuries to her head and chest. Both vehicles required a tow truck.

10:15 p.m., mile marker 527 E. I-10 – A caller reported a truck and trailer had flipped over into the median of the interstate. Luckily, there were no injuries.

10:20 p.m., mile marker 525 E. I-10 – An accident involving an 18-wheeler flipping over occurred. TxDOT temporarily shut down traffic to handle the situation. The driver did not sustain any injuries.

JAN. 15

7:36 a.m., 200 block of Wild Turkey Boulevard – A caller reported an unknown vehicle had parked in front of the caller’s vehicle and run over some of the caller’s plants in the process.

10:00 a.m., mile marker 545 W. I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle rolled off the interstate. EMS was contacted as the driver had blood on his face. The driver was taken to the emergency room.

6:56 p.m., 100 block of N. Stonegate – A caller reported her son’s ex- girlfriend had been causing issues for their family. The caller said the woman had stolen her son’s smart watch.

7:44 p.m., Upper Cibolo Creek Road – A caller reported a friend borrowed his trailer, but the caller was now unable to access it. The caller also said he was unable to reach the friend who had borrowed it.

JAN. 16

2:16 a.m., Winged Foot – A caller was concerned when she thought she heard someone in her house. Law enforcement came to the residence and found the location was secure.

8:13 a.m., 100 block of Fawn Lane – A caller reported a deer had gotten stuck in her gate and was injured and profusely bleeding.

3:44 p.m., 200 block of Majestic Oaks – An off-duty law enforcement officer accidentally discharged his weapon and had to fill out subsequent paperwork.

4:21 p.m., 200 block of N. Hwy. 87 – A head-on collision occurred, leaving debris from both vehicles in the road. One of the occupants required medical services for a herniated disk and neck pain.

8:45 p.m., 800 block of Johns Road – A caller reported hearing eight gunshots, followed by multiple males yelling and screaming. It was reported that two people were being held at gunpoint. Law enforcement came to the location and detained four individuals.
