SEPTEMBER 6

5:44 a.m., 200 block of Tilbury Blvd. – A caller reported being awakened by a loud noise. The caller was concerned it was a gunshot or fireworks. The caller explained she and her neighbor heard the noise approximately four times. The caller reported later she heard the noise again.

9:34 a.m., mile marker 543 E. I-10 – A traffic stop resulted in a probable cause search of a female; however, it was a male in the vehicle who was detained.

12:06 p.m., 100 block of Bentwood Drive – A caller reported a black vehicle had been sitting for a few days. The caller was concerned because no one usually parks in the area.

1:15 p.m., 400 block of Huntwick – A caller reported theft of windows from a job site.

1:27 p.m., 500 block of Herff Ranch – A caller reported a vehicle parked by the construction area had been there since the previous day. The caller was concerned about kids walking by the vehicle in the area.

SEPTEMBER 7

6:20 a.m., 31700 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported a young male who appeared “out of it.” The caller explained the male was not wearing shoes or socks. Law enforcement contacted the male, and he was detained.

9:29 a.m., at Wanda/Bandera – A caller reported they had been involved in a hit-and-run accident. Luckily, the caller was able to get the other vehicle’s information and provided it to law enforcement.

10:02 a.m., 30000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported someone had done damage to the lift station.

10:33 a.m., 200 block of Charger – A minor was found to be in possession of tobacco. The minor was detained and later released to a parent.

10:52 a.m., 100 block of Beaver Bend – A caller reported someone had stolen construction materials.

11:01 p.m., 300 block of Chaparral Creek – A woman came to the caller’s house to share that she had been assaulted. The woman then had to go back to her house because her kids were alone. EMS was contacted for the woman.

SEPTEMBER 8

2:53 a.m., 200 block of N. Esser – A caller reported a suspicious male who was dressed in long sleeves and a beanie and walking around the back of the high school.

3:02 a.m., 100 block of Gallant Fox – A caller reported her ex-girlfriend was stealing her albums.

8:51 a.m., 500 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported the sticky situation of buckets of tar spilled all over the road and bridge. The truck driver was attempting to pick up the mess.

10:09 a.m., 1000 block of River Road – A caller reported they had been assaulted the previous night and had to go to the hospital. The caller eventually made contact with law enforcement and an individual was detained.

2:17 p.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio – A business owner reported a client came into that location and exposed themselves to an employee.

5:59 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main – A manager called in to report that the previous day, a customer had come in and threatened to shoot up the location today. The manager was requesting additional law enforcement presence until store closing.

10:19 p.m., 100 block of Crosspoint – A caller reported a male and female arguing in front of a building. The caller noted the two appeared to be under the influence. The caller told dispatch the fight seemed to be escalating and then the female got in her vehicle and drove away.

SEPTEMBER 9

10:16 a.m., 100 block of City Park – A caller reported a vehicle’s door open with no one in close proximity to the vehicle. Law enforcement came to the location and did not find anything wrong with the vehicle, nor was it stolen.

3:57 p.m., 100 block of W. Blanco – An employee reported a dog was trying to get a free stay at The Kendall. Thankfully, his owner came to get him.

4:05 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera – An employee called in to report a theft had occurred. A male subject was detained, and his vehicle was towed.

8:35 p.m., 100 block of Flowing River – A caller reported two young males who the caller suspected of casing the area. The caller explained they were on a skateboard and bike respectively, and had circled the area multiple times.

11:22 p.m., 100 block of Industrial – A caller reported a fence appeared to have been run over. There also appeared to be a bunch of tire marks, indicating a vehicle doing donuts.

SEPTEMBER 10

9:41 a.m., 300 block of E. San Antonio – A caller reported two aggressive dogs running around the area. A second caller reported the two dogs had chased her around.

12:04 p.m., 28000 block of Boerne Stage Road – Bexar F.D. requested additional fire department assistance from Boerne F.D. Bergheim F.D. was also contacted and assisted in the matter.

2:31 p.m., 200 block of S. Main – A caller reported a fuse box was catching trees on fire. The caller explained there were small flames before she had called in but then the flames subsided. A loud pop occurred and then the whole block lost power. An hour later, the power was restored.

3:03 p.m., 31000 block of W. I-10 – A caller was supposed to meet with someone and found the front door to be open, with the lights on. The caller had been at the location for 10-15 minutes. The caller was leaving but wanted to let law enforcement know about the matter.

11:58 p.m., 100 block of Indigo Bend – A caller reported her father was harassing her and had placed a tracker on her vehicle.

SEPTEMBER 11

8:25 a.m., 1600 block of River Road – A caller reported a two-vehicle accident. One of the occupants involved was sitting on the side of the road. Two females involved required EMS medical attention, with one reporting experiencing leg pain.

8:38 a.m., 10 block of Ranger Creek – A caller reported a trailer had broken down under the interstate overpass. The caller said it appeared as though legs were hanging out of the rolled-up carpet. Law enforcement found the male driver was just getting a nap in.

12:51 p.m., 300 block of S. Esser – A caller reported their vehicle had been rear-ended by another vehicle. The other vehicle’s information was provided to law enforcement.

1:31 p.m., 10 block of Legacy Oak – An individual was detained, and their vehicle was towed after a traffic stop.

2:36 p.m., 100 block of Menger Springs – A caller reported a motorcycle had been parked at the location’s parking lot for approximately three to four weeks.

6:14 p.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio – A caller reported finding a bag of marijuana in his preschool-aged daughter’s backpack. The daughter had just returned from custody time with the other parent.

6:25 p.m., 100 block of N. Main – A caller reported two kids who intentionally punched a window and smashed it.

SEPTEMBER 12

2:50 a.m., 37000 block of E. I-10 – A caller reported a suspicious female who was standing on the side of the road in the middle of the night.

12:14 p.m., Shooting Club – A caller reported an ex-partner was harassing the caller. The caller was concerned because the ex-partner knew her location.

2:09 p.m., 31000 block of W. I-10 – An individual came into the P.D. lobby to report an assault had occurred the previous week.

7:49 p.m., 1600 block of River Road – A caller reported a vehicle had been parked in front of a certain business for two to three hours and then relocated to another nearby business’ parking lot.

SEPTEMBER 6

2:26 a.m., 10 block of Upper Balcones Road – An OnStar alert was triggered after a vehicle accident. There were at least two occupants, with one of them being trapped. The air bags were deployed, indicating a high impact accident. EMS and Boerne F.D. were contacted.

9:46 a.m., on Corley – A caller wanted to report a theft from a construction site.

1:36 p.m., on Spanish Pass Road – A caller reported that when he was installing a billboard, the property owner confiscated the caller’s truck and wouldn’t let the caller leave.

1:41 p.m., on Reserve Drive – A caller reported a male was dropped off in front of the caller’s residence 20 minutes prior to the call. The caller explained the male was still sitting in front of the home.

5:56 p.m., 900 block of FM 1376 – A caller reported some goats headed out for an adventurous Wednesday evening. Law enforcement was unable to find them.

SEPTEMBER 7

7:00 a.m., 100 block of Rusty Lane – A caller wanted to report receiving a fraudulent check from a car sales company.

8:45 a.m., 400 block of Old No. 9 – A caller reported her ex-husband was harassing her via text message.

1:59 p.m., Spanish Pass Road/ Daly Road – A caller reported a vehicle rollover accident, resulting in the vehicle being in the creek. Everyone was able to get out of the vehicle. Luckily, there were no injuries. A tow truck was called to remove the vehicle.

5:09 p.m., 39000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported he had been locked inside the storage unit property. The manager was eventually reached, and the caller was freed to leave.

6:14 p.m., FM 1376/Seewald Rd – An Apple car crash notification was received by dispatch. One of the occupants was reported to be faint and passing out. A caller reported that two vehicles were involved in the accident, with one of them “driving crazy.” One of the vehicles was blocking traffic. Two wreckers were needed for the vehicles. An ambulance was called for one of the occupants.

7:00 p.m., 100 block of N. Hilltop Drive – A caller reported that he was swimming in his pool when he realized a bat had scratched him. The caller had captured the bat in case bat-info was needed. The bat was given a new residence at the animal shelter.

SEPTEMBER 8

7:24 a.m., on Kreutzberg Road – A caller reported six black cows showed up on her property for breakfast.

8:40 a.m., 600 block of FM 474 – A property manager reported a male who was trespassing, accompanied by a bulldog. The male had been removed from the property the previous day but had returned.

9:52 a.m., 300 block of FM 1376 – A caller reported a vehicle was swerving all over the road, including going into oncoming traffic. The vehicle was pulled over and a consent search was conducted. The male was then detained.

12:59 p.m., Johns/I-10, WB Access – A caller reported a truck had spilled a load of cinder blocks in the road, resulting in a traffic hazard.

SEPTEMBER 9

2:10 a.m., 100 block of Red Bird Lane – A caller reported they could hear fighting outside. The caller said they thought it may be physical. The homeowner kept confronting the caller. The caller told dispatch all involved parties appeared intoxicated.

7:30 a.m., 30000 block of W. I-10 – An employee reported two vehicles in the parking lot were broken into during the night.

8:17 a.m., 10 block of Kreutzberg – After a possible cow riot that knocked down the property fence, the cows made a run for it.

4:33 p.m., 600 block of FM 473 – An Amazon delivery driver reported a vehicle on fire, placing everyone’s two-day-delivery in question. Waring F.D. and Sisterdale F.D. were called to the scene and extinguished the fire.

SEPTEMBER 10

10:00 a.m., on Sky Rose Ranch Road – A caller reported that someone hit her gate sometime during the night.

11:49 a.m., on Oak Trail – A caller reported an adventurous porcupine had gotten himself stuck in a tree. The caller was concerned about the potentially prickly situation.

1:55 p.m., 200 block of FM 474 – A caller reported damage to her fence. The caller was unsure when the damage occurred but suspected it happened the previous night.

3:40 p.m., mile marker 537 E. I-10 – A female was reported as being argumentative during a traffic stop. Law enforcement suspected possible substance abuse. A probable cause search was conducted, and the female was detained.

9:02 p.m., 100 block of S. Wagon Wheel Dr. – A caller reported his neighbors had jumped the fence and started fighting. The caller suspected the neighbors were intoxicated.

SEPTEMBER 11

9:12 a.m., 200 block of Wall Steet – A caller reported she had fallen and broken her arm. The caller explained the fall occurred during a verbal disturbance between her and her son.

10:47 a.m., 800 block of Evergreen – A caller reported that her vehicle’s door handle was broken, indicating someone was attempting to break into the vehicle.

2:41 p.m., 100 block of Enchanted Lane – A caller reported almost $10,000 had been stolen from her bank account.

2:48 p.m., 700 block of Kreutzberg – A caller reported a bollard cover, estimated to be worth $200, was stolen.

10:10 p.m., 500 block of Sunflower – A caller reported hearing a male and a female yelling and screaming, with glass shattering. The fighting was still occurring as the caller spoke with dispatch. A “big thump” noise was reported, and EMS was called to the scene.

SEPTEMBER 12

5:41 a.m., on Phillip Ranch – A caller reported a male in their driveway without a car. The caller explained the male ran off when the caller’s wife had gone out to water the plants.

9:10 a.m., 28000 block of Kalkallo Dr. – A caller reported a lone kitten for animal control to pick up.

11:57 a.m., 600 block of FM 474 – Ten sheep were in the middle of the road by the Guadalupe River, probably looking for the water.

4:59 p.m., 100 block of Kendall Falls – A caller reported an individual who was walking in a wooded area behind the caller’s house. The caller did not see any reason why a person would be walking in the area and was concerned. Law enforcement was able to locate the individual and found his truck had broken down.

8:52 p.m., on N. Hwy 87 – A caller reported a pickup truck that was on fire. The fire had been sprayed with a fire extinguisher but was still smoking. Comfort F.D. was called to the scene and successfully exterminated the fire.
