AUGUST 2

1:42 a.m., 1300 block of S. Main St. – A caller reported at around midnight, a woman parked next to the caller’s parked vehicle, yelled profanities at the caller, and said she was going to shoot him, then drove away.

9:59 a.m., 500 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported a male selling bales of hay. It was found that the male needed a city permit to sell the hay.

11:04 a.m., 32000 block of E. I-10 – A vehicle with a loaded trailer was pulled over for a traffic stop. The driver was taken into custody and the vehicle had to be towed.

4:28 p.m., 100 Block of Herff Road – A caller reported seeing a driver acting strangely as they passed by. The caller explained the driver’s body was jerking around, as though they were under the influence of drugs.

AUGUST 3

7:58 a.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – A manager reported a minivan with someone living inside it in the store’s parking lot. The caller reported an additional vehicle they suspected had someone living in it.

9:01 a.m., 100 block of Richter Ave. – A woman came into the PD lobby to report fraud regarding a dog purchase. The location of the incident was not in Boerne and the woman was directed toward the correct jurisdiction.

9:44 a.m., 200 block of English Oaks Circle – A caller reported that his sister-in-law had stolen some jewelry.

12:56 p.m., 1200 block of S. Main St. – A trailer came off a truck and hit another vehicle. Although there were no injuries, the struck vehicle was not drivable.

1:22 p.m., 100 block of Prairie Falcon – A caller reported that a FedEx vehicle backed into the caller’s vehicle and then drove away. The caller had contacted FedEx for the truck’s information.

1:35 p.m., 100 block of Coldwater Creek – A caller reported that her cleaning lady had been stealing the caller’s jewelry since Easter.

9:59 p.m., 700 block of Oak Park Drive – A caller reported a vehicle that was left on, with the door open and unoccupied. Law enforcement located the vehicle and found the door was locked but the window was down.

AUGUST 4

8:06 a.m., 1300 block of S. Main St. – A caller reported their cell phone had been stolen the prior day.

8:46 a.m., 100 block of Herff Ranch – A caller reported an individual they believed to be stealing the caller’s packages. The caller provided the suspected individual’s vehicle information to dispatch.

10:45 a.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – An employee reported a theft had occurred at the video store 20 minutes prior. The employee had video surveillance of the incident.

2:27 p.m., 100 block of City Lake Road – A caller reported a gas engine boat on the city lake, something that is a city ordinance violation. The caller explained someone had witnessed the individuals pouring gas from a gas can into the boat.

6:10 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main St. – A building owner reported a suspicious looking male sitting by the front of the building’s entrance. The male had taken a picture of the front of the building and then sat down by some nearby tables.

11:47 p.m., 1200 block of S. Main St. – A concerned caller reported she believed one of her neighbors was either using drugs or selling them out of their apartment. The caller noted there was a possible vehicle involved in the suspected operation.

AUGUST 5

9:03 a.m., 100 block of Hidden Haven Drive – A caller reported an SUV had been stolen during the night.

11:52 a.m., 100 block of Hidden Haven Drive – A caller reported that his wife’s wallet had been stolen from his daughter’s vehicle sometime during the night.

2:10 p.m., 300 block of W. San Antonio Ave. – A caller reported two teens appeared to be breaking into a front door. The teens also ripped a bar off the garden area of the residence. The caller then reported seeing the teens go in the back door of the residence.

5:02 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported he had been approached by a female who was asking for a gas card. The caller was concerned because he saw the female again, in a large pickup truck with someone else, asking a different male for the same thing.

6:22 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – An employee reported a “family of transients” who was approaching customers and attempting to return items off the shelf that they had not purchased.

8:29 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main St. – A caller reported witnessing a male smoke pot in the parking lot, then get in the vehicle with (presumably his) children and began driving. The caller provided dispatch with the vehicle’s information.

AUGUST 6

6:50 a.m., 1300 block of S. Main St. – A caller reported finding a white, powdered substance and an open container in a bathroom. The caller explained a certain employee’s keys had been left next to the substance in the bathroom.

3:12 p.m., mile marker 540, E. I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle had its hazard lights on and was driving erratically on the road. The caller noted that the occupants of the vehicle were flipping people off.

7:08 p.m., on Crosspoint Road – A caller reported a male who appeared “out of place,” walking around a vacant property. The caller said the male had a backpack and was smoking a cigarette.

7:17 p.m., 200 block of Ivy Lane – A property manager requested assistance from law enforcement in removing a male who was refusing to leave.

8:45 p.m., 100 block of Elm St. – A caller reported a large fire behind a nearby residence. The flames were higher than the roof of the structure. Boerne FD came to the scene and extinguished the fire.

AUGUST 7 – no reports received.

AUGUST 8

8:31 a.m., on Staudt St. – A caller reported shoes and groceries were missing when she was picking up her belongings, indicating they had been stolen.

9:31 a.m., 100 block of Roeder St. – An individual came into the PD lobby to report that he suspected his house was bugged and he knew who had done it.

10:51 a.m., 700 block of Rosewood Ave. – A caller reported that the cleaning lady had stolen items from the caller’s house the prior evening.

12:32 p.m., 700 block of River Road – A female called emergency services twice. The first time she hung up after crying. The second time, she reported that her boyfriend had punched her.

1:04 p.m., 400 block of Huntwick Drive – A caller reported theft of materials from a job site.

4:52 p.m., 100 block of Sutter Mills – A caller reported a young driver who was speeding around the neighborhood without a license plate on the vehicle.

7:12 p.m., 100 block of Abbeydell – A resident reported a raccoon carcass in their backyard. The caller was concerned about the possibility of rabies and requested Animal Control come to the location for pickup.

AUGUST 2

4:06 a.m., on N. Hwy 87 – An employee reported a male had gone behind the desk and stolen a GPS worth $800. The employee had video evidence of the incident.

7: 49 a. m., 100 block of Wollschlaeger Drive – A caller requested a trapped raccoon be picked up.

9:33 a.m., 100 block of Estancia Lane – A caller reported that two days prior, solicitors had come onto his property.

3:15 p.m., 7900 block of Fair Oaks Parkway – An employee reported two personal golf carts had gone missing and were suspected of being stolen.

8:40 p.m., 300 block of FM 1376 – A woman reported her dog was stolen while she was in the hospital. The caller suspected her ex-boyfriend may have allowed someone onto her property to steal the dog.

AUGUST 3

8:54 a.m., mile marker 539, W. I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle swerving in and out of traffic, going almost 100 mph. Law enforcement located the vehicle and pulled them over. The driver was detained and taken into custody after a probable cause search.

10:58 a.m., 600 block of Old #9 – A caller reported her house and shed had been burglarized.

1:39 p.m., 100 block of April Lane – A caller reported her ex-boyfriend was making threats against the caller’s brother.

2:51 p.m., at FM 1376/Guadalupe River – A caller reported a clear moving container with something dead inside of it. The caller explained it appeared the dead thing was wrapped in a sheet. Animal Control was contacted.

5:18 p.m., 900 block of Alamo Road – A caller reported receiving threats via Facebook. The caller told dispatch he recently had work done on his house. Despite having fully paid, the caller was receiving threatening messages claiming he owed money.

AUGUST 4

12:44 p.m., 100 block of Woodland Blvd. – A suspicious caller reported a vehicle was driving slowly around their neighborhood, swerving on the road.

3:05 p.m., 800 block of Johns Road – An employee reported someone had dumped automotive parts in a dumpster. The employee was concerned the parts were unwanted stolen parts. The employee got the license plate of the vehicle that dumped the parts.

3:36 p.m., 100 block of Sharon Drive – A caller reported his daughter told him someone had attempted to break into their house earlier that day. The daughter said a man came to the front door, attempted to enter the house, but then left.

6:14 p.m., 200 block of FM 1376 – A caller reported a driver they believed to be intoxicated driving down the road. The caller explained they had to avoid the driver because the driver had swerved into oncoming traffic.

AUGUST 5

11:43 a.m., on Hwy 46/E. Evans Road – A motorcycle and a vehicle were involved in an accident. A caller reported the motorcycle rider had a broken leg. A tourniquet was applied to the driver before they were taken to hospital. Lanes of the road were temporarily shut down.

1:05 p.m., 900 block of Alamo Road – A grassfire was reported to be spreading fast, with three nearby structures. Alamo Springs FD and Comfort FD were called to the scene. The fire was successfully extinguished.

2:51 p.m., 100 block of Platten Creek – A caller reported finding child pornography on his teenage daughter’s phone.

8:01 p.m., 200 block of E. Hwy 46 – A caller initially reported two juveniles were trespassing, sitting on the caller’s front porch. Law enforcement was unable to locate any trespassers. The caller explained they were on medication and may have hallucinated the individuals.

8:21 p.m., 200 block of Wall St. – A caller reported a dog had attacked the caller’s dog, resulting in her dog being injured. When law enforcement arrived at the scene, they were unable to respond without citing both parties, as the dogs were both off leash.

9:17 p.m., 300 block of Flat Rock Creek – A caller was concerned about a male who had a sign on the side of his vehicle that was requesting money be sent to Mexico. The caller made contact with the male to inquire what he was doing, and the male said he was looking for a squirrel he had run over.

AUGUST 6

4:21 p.m., 400 block of Comfort Place – A caller reported he suspected he had been poisoned. The caller said he had drunk from an open bottle and had been sick for three days. An ambulance and medical services were provided to the caller.

4:21 p.m., on FM 289/I-10 – A caller reported a loose cow having a relaxing Sunday afternoon of freedom.

9:16 p.m., 10 block of Kreutzberg Road – A caller reported a vehicle with its hazard lights on. The vehicle had pulled over and was dumping cans out.

AUGUST 7

2:35 p.m., mile marker 540, W. I-10 – A caller reported an 18-wheeler with the back trapdoor open. The caller was concerned there were immigrants inside the vehicle. Law enforcement examined the vehicle and found the trailer to be empty.

4:55 p.m., 100 block of Walnut Grove Road – A caller reported her brother’s vehicle had been stolen. The caller explained her brother was presently in the hospital. When she had last been to his residence a week prior, the vehicle was still there.

5:53 p.m., mile marker 536, E. I-10 – A caller reported that a truck pulled over on the side of the interstate, and two males got out and began brawling. The caller told dispatch one of the males was running away as the other one chased and tackled him. No weapons were seen. Law enforcement was unable to locate the altercation.

6:50 p.m., mile marker 537, W. I–10 – A caller reported a truck pulling a trailer was on fire on the shoulder of the road. The fire spread, and a grass fire started. Boerne FD was contacted. The trailer was full of old furniture. Both the grass fire and trailer fire were successfully extinguished.

7:35 p.m., 600 block of Esperanza – A woman reported that over the weekend she had been assaulted. A male who had previously taken pictures of children at the pool was at the pool again. A group of parents, including the caller, approached the male and he hit the caller.

AUGUST 8

6:19 a.m., on Hill View Lane – A caller reported that a male and female were walking around the upstairs of his house. The caller told dispatch he had weapons by the bed and asked about the legality of using them. Law enforcement came to the location of the situation.

3:39 p.m., 100 block of Miraval – A caller reported that a window pack had been stolen from a house that was under construction.

4:10 p.m., Staudt St – A female officer was initially requested for assistance with a citizen pat down. It was found that the individual had a device that falsified drug tests. The individual was taken into custody.

7:56 p.m., 100 block of Maravillas – A caller reported a possum that was running around the caller’s neighborhood. The caller was concerned because the possum appeared to be very sick and had foam on its mouth.
