The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff ’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. An arrest should not imply guilt or innocence, which will be decided in court at a later date. JUNE 10
9:55 a.m., 100 Blk Roeder – A caller reported their nextdoor neighbor came over to the caller’s house and began banging on the door. The caller told dispatch that her neighbor accused her of making false police reports and then left.
10:44 a.m., 100 Blk Medical – A caller reported that her daughter, who is a minor, was being harassed by the caller’s ex-husband’s wife.
11:14 a.m., 600 Blk Irons – A caller reported that their neighbor had shot a whole in the caller’s window with a BB gun a few days prior. The caller requested a law enforcement officer come out to the location.
6:07 p.m., 100 Blk City Park – An employee reported that someone had just come and told them that there was a male on of the trails who had himself exposed and was inappropriately touching himself. Law enforcement came to the location but could not locate the individual.
9:06 p.m., 37000 Blk W I-10 – A caller reported a coach from another team was following around the caller and threatening her, her kids, and her husband. The caller told dispatch that the incident was about to get physical before the caller yelled that she was going to call 911.
JUNE 11
1:11 a.m., Cascade Caverns – A caller reported five males and three females who were gathering around a vehicle and leaning on it. The caller told dispatch that he knew the owner of the vehicle and it didn’t belong to any of the individuals. When law enforcement came to the scene, they spoke with two males.
1:16 a.m., 543 MM E I-10 – An individual was detained after a probable cause search during a routine traffic stop.
1:31 a.m., 100 Blk Old San Antonio – A concerned caller requested that a law enforcement officer check on her neighbor. The caller requested the check because the neighbor’s boyfriend had shown up and the caller could hear banging and screaming. At the time of the call, the caller could no longer hear the noise.
1:13 p.m., 1300 Blk S Main - Boerne FD was contacted after a vehicle pulled into the Walmart parking lot with a large amount of white smoke. All occupants got out of the vehicle. Boerne FD came to the location; however, no fire ever started.
4:57 p.m., 100 Blk Rattlesnake Bluff – A caller reported that her son-in-law showed up at her residence and began threatening her. The caller noted to dispatch that the son-in-law smelled of alcohol. Ironically, the son-in-law was explaining to the caller how his alcohol issues were the reason he and his wife were separating.
8:28 p.m., 3700 Blk E I-10 – A caller reported that multiple customers were complaining about a male loitering at the front of the store, yelling at customers as they were entering the store.

2:02 a.m., 31000 Blk W I-10 – A caller reported three to four subjects fighting on the patio. The caller reported that no weapons were involved, and the parties had been separated. The caller noted to dispatch that the female, who was the aggressor, had left the location. While the caller was speaking with dispatch, the other parties left the scene too.
7:05 a.m., 100 Blk Birch Rd – A caller reported that someone had dumped five disgruntled cats on the road.
5:26 p.m., 200 Blk Waring-Welfare Rd – A caller reported a black bull in her yard and was unsure where it came from. Additionally, the caller noted he had a yellow ear tag. The caller agreed to house the bull overnight until Animal Control could come in the morning.
7:40 p.m., 100 Blk River Bend Rd – A woman reported getting in the river earlier in the day and explained she did not need help but was calling to ask how long the river was. The call disconnected but dispatch called the woman back. At that time, the woman said she had gotten out of the river but was lost and unintentionally on private property. Dispatch advised the woman to call 911 so that her location could be found. Law enforcement found the woman.
11:22 p.m., 531 MM E I-10 – An individual was detained after a probable cause search conducted during a routine traffic stop. A tow truck was called for the individual’s vehicle.
11:41 p.m., 545 MM W I-10 – Eight to twelve sports cars were reported to be racing down the interstate, towards Kendall County.

1:14 a.m., 100 Blk Hwy 289 – A caller reported people were shooting firearms and he could hear them “hootin’ and hollering”. Law enforcement came to the scene and found the location was secure and there did not appear to be any criminal activity.
1:36 a.m., 800 Blk FM 289 – A caller reported a vehicle that had been sitting in the restaurant’s parking lot for over four hours. The caller reported a male and female were inside; however, the vehicle did not appear to be running. It was found that the vehicle belonged to one of the restaurant employees and she had lost her keys.
2:34 a.m., 100 Blk Flint Rock – A caller reported that three hours prior, someone had banged on her front door. Thirty minutes prior to the caller calling in, someone had banged on the door again and attempted to open the door. The caller requested law enforcement come to her location and check the perimeter.
8:11 a.m., 200 Blk Rio Cordillera – A caller reported a trapped skunk at their house. The caller told dispatch they were leaving their house, but the gate would be open to allow the skunk to be taken care of.
8:46 a.m., 400 Blk Upper Sisterdale Rd – A resident reported that a pickup truck had been outside their house last night. The resident provided dispatch with the vehicle’s information. Law enforcement made contact with the neighboring property’s owners and found that the pickup had permission to be there.
