The Boerne High girls soccer team won its last two games and didn’t allow a goal in either victory.
On Thursday, the Lady Greyhounds dropped Davenport, 3-0, and on Friday, the Boerne girls hosted Bandera and beat the Bulldogs, 8-0. BHS is 12-2 overall and 3-0 in district and has yet to yield a goal in league play, winning all three 26-4A matches by a combined score of 17-0. They played Great Heart Northern Oaks Tuesday and visit Wimberley on Friday.

The Boerne girls were very consistent and tallied 4 goals in each half for the 8-0 win.
Five of the goals were assisted and Kylie Combs got things started three minutes in with a goal on the assist from Hannah Bowen.
Taylor Hudson made it 2-0 on the unassisted goal and then Bowen tal- lied the next two goals on assists from Lily Griffith and Samantha Ramirez to make it 4-0 by the half.
Kassandra Lozano knocked in a goal on the Combs assist and then Combs recorded her second goal of the match to make it 6-0.
Griffith converted a Combs pass for the 7-0 lead with 21 minutes left and then Tommie Rand closed out the scoring with an unassisted goal.
Vs. Davenport
Boerne won at Davenport 3-0 and received goals from Avery Ukeiley, Hannah Bowen and Sophie Harper, while assists came from Harper and Kylie Combs.
“It was a great job by the defense,” Boerne head coach Jeremy Shannon said.
