Boerne High puts its perfect record on the line last weekend at the Jack Frost Tournament in Georgetown.
The Lady Hounds won its first three games at the event before suffering its first loss of the season to Argyle in the championship game. Jamie Ruede and Abby Smith were both named to the all-tournament team in Georgetown.
BHS is 11-1 overall and off Tuesday. They are scheduled to play Marble Falls on Friday, but the game was moved up to not interfere with the Greyhound football game later that night.
The Lady Hounds host Marble Falls at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, and then host Wagner on Saturday at noon.
Boerne opened the tourney last Thursday with a 51-38 win over Cedar Park. Later that day, the Lady Greyhounds took care of Klein, 49-17, to win its second game on Thursday.
BHS returned on Friday and defeated Founders Classical Academy, 64-28, and remained undefeated.
Up next on Saturday, Boerne High faced Argyle and suffered its first loss of the season, 49-24, in the championship game.
