The Greyhounds face Chapel Hill Friday in the Alamodome at 7 p.m., with the winner of that game heading to the state championship contest the following week.
In Friday's game, Boerne scored on the opening kickoff on Friday and never looked back after McCoy Bruce took the kickoff 82 yards for a score just 12 seconds into the game. The Hounds tallied six first-half touchdowns and then added one more in the second half to put the game away.
