The Geneva School of Boerne boys basketball team has been playing well lately and has won three games in a row.

Geneva took on St. Mary’s Hall on consecutive nights last week and won both games. Before that, the Eagles defeated Austin Regents.

The Eagles are 14-14 overall and 4-6 in district.

Vs. St. Mary’s Hall

Geneva played the Barons last Monday and Tuesday in boys basketball action and won both. The Eagles claimed Monday’s game, 68-40, and earned a 67-50 win on Tuesday.

In Monday’s game, the Eagles were led in scoring by Chaz Lutz with 19 points, Aidan Christal added 14 and Ford Elizondo netted 10.

In Tuesday’s game, Chaz Lutz turned in another strong performance and finished with 27 points, while Jack Taylor finished with 12 and Aidan Christal scored 11.

Vs. Austin Regents

Geneva turned in quite a comeback to beat Austin Regents, 56-45.

The Eagles were trail ing by 11 points in the third quarter but went on a 28-1 run to get the win.

Chaz Lutz paced Geneva with 18 points, Ford Elizondo tallied 16 and Aidan Christal scored 12.
