Clyde glides past Comfort Deer in 1st-round of volleyball playoffs

The Comfort Deer volleyball team met the Clyde Lady Bulldogs Tuesday night in Brady to open the 3A playoffs and lost in four sets.

The Comfort Deer volleyball team met the Clyde Lady Bulldogs Tuesday night in Brady to open the 3A playoffs and lost in four sets.

Clyde won their firstround meeting, 25-20, 25-21, 20-25, 25-15.

With the loss the Deer finish the season with a record of 24-13.

The Deer played without their top offensive and defensive performer, Meghan Davis, due to an ongoing ankle issue.
