The Geneva School of Boerne won another game in its postseason tournament to decide seeding once the playoffs start.
Geneva defeated Holy Cross last Thursday night in three quick sets, 25-12, 25-16, 25-16. The Eagles are 2-1 in the tournament and 23-16 overall.
Geneva played one final game on Tuesday against Austin Veritas in the tournament and if they won that match, they’ll be the third-place team going into the postseason.
The teams in the district play one round against each other and in lieu of second-round matches, they are involved in a tournament to determine seeding for the postseason.
