The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. An arrest should not imply guilt or innocence, which will be decided in court at a later date. 2:41 a.m., 1600 block S. Main St.- Three men outside a maroon Expedition were blocking the bridge onto the interstate. Officers helped the men push the vehicle off the road.
8:35 a.m., 518 Fabra Rd.- A man accused his ex-girlfriend of trying to extort money out of him. He said the two had an agreement to take her name off a vehicle title, btu she now wanted more money to do so.
10:38 a.m., 711 River Rd.- A woman said her upstairs apartment neighbor jumped down onto her balcony an came into her apartment through her patio door. Apartment management said there was nothing they could do, so she turned to the police.
1:03 p.m., 201 Charger Blvd.Staff at Champion High reported employee theft of Apple AirPod Max headphones.
3:01 p.m., 100 block Lilly Creek-A stranger went into a home up for sale and began threatening the realtor selling the home who was showing the property to potential buyers.
7:06 p.m., 100 block Old San Antonio Rd.- A man claiming to be law enforcement asked officers to give his wife professional courtesy on a ticket she received the day before. Officers told him that was not possible.
8:10 p.m., 200 block Cold River- A mand was arrested after a woman reported her friend was assaulted by her husband.
5:30 a.m., 621 W. Bandera Rd.- A woman reported three boys in a car appeared to be intoxicated after they drove up a curb. An officer contacted the boys, but it remains unclear if any criminal violations occurred.
8:18 a.m., 100 block Saddle Horn-A father said his 8-year-old daughter was assaulted by her mother the day before.
5:41 p.m., 100 block Capano Creek- A man was concerned about gunshots he heard in the area. Officers found the property owners were shooting skeet, and all appeared OK.
6:40 p.m., 37101 I-10 E.- An employee reported a man who was soliciting money and making customers uncomfortable. The employee suspected the man was on meth after someone claimed to know him said he was supposed to be in a halfway house.
7:44 p.m., Herff Road and Whisper Way- A resident reported six people for drinking beer outside a home. Officers didn’t report any crime.
10:24 p.m., 100 block Whisper Way- A man reported a loud party nearby. Officers asked the partygoers to move the event inside. Then, the man called officers back saying his neighbor came over yelling at him for reporting the party.
1:16 a.m., 1200 block S. Main St.Officers detained a juvenile after conducting a field sobriety test.
6:36 a.m., 140 City Park- A city vehicle was involved in an accident that required the vehicle to be towed.
10:18 a.m., Boerne- A resident at the women’s shelter slammed clothes in a staff member’s face and locked herself in the laundry room. The staffer wanted the woman removed.
11:15 a.m., 17 Old San Antonio Rd.- A passerby reported an older man for yelling at a woman running a garage sale because she refused to add his items to the sale.
5:42 p.m., 400 block English Oaks- A woman sought advice from officers on what to do with her father’s handgun after he passed away.
8:03 p.m., River Road and Woods of Boerne- A man was arrested during a traffic stop.
8:29 p.m., 1000 Grand- A father reported his son refused to give him his car back after he let his son borrow it.
3:33 a.m., 500 block Graham St.- A man just broke up with his girlfriend, and he said she now refused to give him back his ID or phone. Although alcohol was involved, he said he just wanted to go home.
5:51 p.m., 440 W. Bandera Rd.A mand and woman consented to an officer search, but no arrest was noted after an employee suspected they stole items out of a store.
6:52 p.m., 109 S. Saunders St.A woman at Hungry Horse was concerned a man was abusing a woman after the woman began crying inside the restaurant. Officers found the woman had a minor anxiety attack, and the man helped calm her down.
8:06 p.m., 600 block Oak Park Dr.- Three teenagers were spotted breaking windows at the abandoned apartments.
8:25 p.m., 400 block English Oaks-A father reported his 16-yearpold son was being aggressive and yelling while trying to take his father’s computer.
2:41 a.m., Parkway and I-10 W.- Two individuals were arrested during a traffic stop.
10:05 a.m., 121 Old San Antonio Rd.- An employee at Roy Maas suspected a 17-year-old boy was vaping on the property after she found a box of cartridges that said THC on it.
3:33 p.m., 825 Johns Rd.- A woman wanted to speak to officers about her ex-partner throwing a piece of plywood at her. Officers interviewed several people and determined the called was the aggressor.
4:55 p.m., 1300 block S. Main St.The street dancer was back at it again.
10:20 p.m., 800 block E. Blanco Rd.- A woman was arrested during a traffic stop.
7:50 a.m., Bandera Road and Main Street- A woman reported an SUV broke down in the left turn lane form Bandera Road headed onto Main Street.
12:59 p.m., 300 block S. Esser Rd.A woman wanted officers to drive by a man with curly hair standing next to a new vehicle with paper tags. He wasn’t doing anything wrong, but she thought it was strange.
3:29 p.m., 300 block Huntwick- A man who was either suffering from head exhaustion or was intoxicated required medical attention.
7:19 p.m., 39400 block I-10 E.Several emergency departments responded to a call that a van had flipped onto its side on the interstate.
KENDALL COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
9:06 a.m., 537 MM I-10 E.- A man was concerned when he saw a woman driving a blue Honda Accord with blood all over the driver-side doorhandle.
11:56 a.m., 10 block Fabra Oaks Rd.- A man was upset his vehicle wasn’t returned on time after he rented it out on an app. Deputies let him know it was a civil matter.
3:55 p.m., 100 block Wollschlaeger Dr.- A resident reported $1,500 stolen.
4:50 p.m., 7 Hwy 87 N.- A woman became afraid of her landlord who she said was sending her threatening messages and behaving erratically.
7:24 p.m., 100 block Ridge Trail-A woman was worried about her neighbor shooting off a large gun. The homeowner let his friend test fire a weapon into a berm, and deputies determined all was OK.
11 p.m., 100 block Cypress Lane-A woman accused her 16-year-old stepdaughter of stealing her medication and selling it to other students at Champion High.
2:17 a.m., 300 block Los Indios Ranch Rd.- A man wanted it documented that someone appeared to have shot “water paint guns” at his dogs.
8:21 a.m., FM 1376- A cow took a stroll down the state highway, being spotted first at Indian Knoll Drive and then at Wasp Creek shortly after.
9:32 a.m., 100 block Blaschke Rd.A man spotted an injured deer and four goats in the area.
11:17 a.m., 400 block Seventh St.A 15-year-old girl reported missing out of Kerr County had a cell phone pinging in Comfort. Deputies swept the area and didn’t find the girl.
2:23 p.m., 38835 I-10 W.- A man was arrested during a traffic stop.
6:37 p.m., 100 block FM 3351 S.An individual was arrested during a traffic stop.
8:13 p.m., 100 block Hwy 289- A woman reported the family of a missing girl was harassing her by text.
8:37 p.m., 600 block FM 474- A concerned citizen mistook a deer bone they found under a bridge for a human bone.
10:28 p.m., 200 block April Lane-A daughter called 911 when her 60-year-old mother’s boyfriend got drunk and began arguing and throwing things around. Deputies spoke with the mother and determined the altercation was never physical.
AUGUST 28
2:17 a.m., 31100 block I-10 W.- A man reported a woman assaulted him before leaving the location in a silver Tahoe.
2:17 a.m., 200 block Sixth St.The missing 15-year-old girl out of Kerr County was found with another teenager in Comfort. She was released back to her family.
12:59 p.m., 900 block Hwy 46 E.A mother reported her son was at her house and had two active arrest warrants. She told dispatchers she wanted him arrested because “he is out of control.” He left her home, and deputies weren’t able to track him down.
AUGUST 29
10:14 a.m., 10600 block Old San Antonio Rd.- Deputies red-tagged a wrecked out motorcycle that was abandoned in a ditch on the busy road.
4:20 p.m., 300 block Los Indios Ranch Rd.- A resident reported theft of service to deputies after he or she paid a contractor $104,000. The resident reported the contractor canceled the order but had yet to return the money.
5:25 p.m., 600 block Esperanza-Two individuals were arrested after a two-vehicle accident near the Esperanza Club House.
11:06 p.m., 1381 S. Main St.- A mother reported her son was being blackmailed for cash on Snapchat. She said he’d already given her $1,000, but she was asking for another grand.
AUGUST 30
3:18 a.m., 100 block Rust Lane- A resident suspected the driver of a truck was drunk when they drove into the property owner’s pasture and hit a vehicle that had been parked there for years.
10:11 a.m., 32500 block I-10A woman suspected two money orders she received were fraudulent.
10:15 a.m., Front Street- A sexual offense of indecency with a child was reported out of Waring.
10:21 a.m., 488 MM I-10 E.- A man was arrested during a traffic stop.
12:30 p.m., 10 block Shooting Club Rd.Another man was arrested during a traffic stop.
12:43 p.m., 100 block W. Fabra Lane- A woman called 911 after her dog swallowed a large rock.
3:51 p.m., 526 MM I-10 E.- An accident on the interstate led to injuries to a 7-year-old boy and two adults. No fatal or major injuries were noted.
4:34 p.m., 100 block Rust Lane-A man arrested the night before couldn’t find his wallet.
5:22 p.m., 200 block High St.- A grandmother reported her 12-yearold grandson was assaulted by a 16-year-old girl on the school bus. The boy said the girl hit him 10 to 15 times on the head with her fist.
9:15 p.m., 36 Hwy 87 N.- An employee at Dairy Queen asked deputies to get rid of a guy who “refused to leave.” Deputies spoke to the man who was trying to enter directions to San Antonio into his GPS after he found out Dairy Queen was closed, but staff insisted he leave.
AUGUST 31
3:42 a.m., 10010 block Johns Rd.A man was arrested after a woman reported someone was knocking on a back window of her home. The man had wrecked his SUV into a Bandera Electric pole, knocking a live wire loose. A field sobriety test was performed prior to his arrest.
8:28 a.m., 100 block Hwy 46 W.- A man reported his neighbor bulldozed about an acre of his property. While he acknowledged he didn’t think the neighbor did so intentionally, he wanted it documented.
10:50 a.m., 43 Hwy 87 N.- A man reported “two banditos and two knuckleheads” of two different motorcycle groups were staring each other down. Nothing had happened, but he was expecting something. Nothing happened.
11:34 a.m., Eighth and High streets- A passerby suspected a man carrying a 40-ounce beer who got off his bike was intoxicated. The man had just bought the unopened beer and stopped to use the High Street Wi-Fi.
6:45 p.m., 1000 block Hwy 87 S.- A deputy checked on a transient man resting in a ditch. The deputy advised the man to move on and find a “more suitable place to rest.”
