Gold Seal

Annie Ramsey, a recently graduated senior at the Geneva School of Boerne, was awarded a Gold Seal at the Texas Art Education Association’s 2022 Visual Arts Scholastic Event (VASE). Of the 157 Region 20W entries at VASE at San Marcos High School, 93 artworks earned Rating 4 medals, and four were selected as Gold Seal recipients. The award represents the highest level of achievement in Texas from more than 30,641 entries throughout the state this year. Ramsey’s original painting will be part of a travelling exhibit that will culminate at the Texas Art Education Association Conference in McAllen this November.
