Nicholas Quaid Pedrotti, beloved son, brother, cousin, grandson and friend to so many, has left us to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He was born into the loving family of Joyce and Dan Pedrotti Jr. on November 5, 1993, in Phoenix, Arizona. He and his family moved back to Texas in 1996 and built their home in Boerne, Texas, with the hope that their beautiful boys would grow and prosper in a small town community.
He has three brothers, Daniel Anthony Pedrotti III, Christopher Michael Pedrotti and Dominic Alexander Pedrotti; a beautiful sister-in-law, Stephanie Rebecca Pedrotti; and a very soon-to-be-born nephew, Daniel IV. He also has two loving parents, Joyce and Dan Pedrotti Jr. of Boerne, Texas; and two wonderful grandparents, Dan and Carolyn Pedrotti of Corpus Christi, Texas. His aunts and uncles include Patti and Charlie Yoachum of Port Aransas, Texas, Diane and Tom Conlee of Spring Branch, Texas, Mike and Laureen Pedrotti of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Robert Inserni of San Antonio, Texas. Then there are his cousins, who he loved deeply: T.J. and Hannah Conlee, Matt and Karen Conlee, Shannon and Nick Kapranos, Michael and Kelly Pedrotti, Kiersten Inserni, Scott Yoachum, Kees Inserni, Lexi and Aaron Morgan and John Daniel Pedrotti. He also adored his little cousins, Emma, George, Henry, Teeto, Doc, CeCe and Paxton.
Nicholas attended Texas A&M University from 2012 to 2016. While an Aggie, he was invited to join the SAE fraternity and he proudly participated in all aspects of his brotherhood. Being an SAE was very, very important to him and he was always “all in.” He would do anything for his SAE brothers, and we know his brothers are heartbroken.
Ultimately, the medications for his seizure disorder and the related side effects made it impossible for him to finish his studies at Texas A&M. At a particularly tough time in his young life, he caught a break and was accepted to The University of the Incarnate Word. This close-knit community was precisely what he needed and he flourished academically and socially. He made the dean’s list almost every semester he attended UIW and he proudly completed his college career earning a BBA in finance in May of 2020.
We will have a Rosary for the repose of his soul at 7 p.m. Friday, June 10, 2022, at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, 202 W. Kronkosky St., Boerne, TX 78006. Mass for the dearly departed will be said at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 11, 2022, at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, 202 W. Kronkosky St., Boerne, TX 78006. After Mass we will gather at Pedrotti’s Ranch for barbecue, beer and stories, 13715 FM 1560, Helotes, TX 78023.
