Retired U.S. Army Lt. Colonel Robert “Bob” H. Riley passed away in San Antonio on January 11, 2024, at the age of 92. He was born July 31,1931.

Bob was a believer in Jesus Christ. He participated as a small group leader and in World Bible School at Boerne Church of Christ. Bob was an avid golfer and a member of the Lions Club. Bob is preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Lillian Riley; his son, Arden Elliott Lam; and his beloved wife, Jeanette Riley. He is survived by his brother, Patrick Riley of Georgetown, Texas; three children, Leesa Lamb, Richard Riley, and Ralph Riley and wife, Teresa; three grandchildren, Amanda Knight and husband Stephan, Lauren Burton, and Kyle Riley; three great-grandchildren, Harlow and Noah Knight and Liliana Bowen; and a nephew, Dennis Elliott.

Visitation will be at Boerne Church of Christ on Saturday, January 13, at 10 a.m. followed by the Funeral Service at 11 a.m. He will then be laid to rest at Fort Sam National Cemetery in San Antonio at a later date.
