BOERNE POLICE DEPARTMENT
DECEMBER 26
2:19 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – An employee reported a male and female “fooling around”in their vehicle. The caller said they had received multiple complaints about it.
3:41 p.m., 500 block of Fabra Road – An employee reported that someone who was fostering a dog was now refusing to give the dog back, despite the dog now having an adopter.
6:16 p.m., 700 block of Oak Park – A caller reported his girlfriend’s mom had started to become aggressive toward him. The caller told dispatch that the mom was currently at the location, being verbally belligerent toward the caller.
7:19 p.m., 200 block of Boulder Creek – A caller reported fireworks going off in the area. The caller said she was worried that grass was going to catch fire.
11:17 p.m., 1400 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported four or five juveniles were out front, smoking marijuana near the entrance.
DECEMBER 27
12:28 a.m., 1200 block of N. Main Street – A vehicle was reported to have rolled over multiple times. There were no injuries reported but a blood draw was done for a sobriety test.
6:11 a.m., Doeskin Drive/I-10 E Access Road – A caller reported a male walking around the area in circles, dressed in all black. The caller was concerned as the caller’s vehicle had almost hit him.
6:58 a.m., 100 block of Bristow Way – A caller reported property stolen in connection with identity theft.
9:41 a.m., 100 block of Theissen Street – A caller reported a neighbor kept putting things on the caller’s property.
1:47 p.m., 100 block of W. Advogt Street – A caller reported someone had come by and dumped trash into the caller’s dumpster. Luckily, the caller was able to get an address from one of the packages and provide dispatch with the information.
DECEMBER 28
9:56 a.m., 700 block of River Road – A caller reported someone had violated a protective order.
12:30 p.m., 100 block of Benton – A caller reported a dog, with a history of being aggressive, running around the area.
9:38 p.m., at Bandera Road/I-10 – A caller reported a driver had struck the guardrail and was swerving. The caller described the vehicle’s damage to dispatch.

3:02 a.m., Cascade Caverns Road – A caller reported six people walking in the area who were shining lights into people’s cars.
1:06 p.m., 100 block of City Lake Road – A caller reported a male speaking Spanish and giving what sounded to be a sermon over the loud speaker and was disturbing others.
3:59 p.m., 200 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported a vehicle that was attempting to run someone over. The caller said he knew the driver and that the driver had collided with his girlfriend’s vehicle.
4:07 p.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road – A caller reported that a neighbor was smoking marijuana. The caller said they could smell it coming through the vents in their apartment and that this was an ongoing issue.
7:06p.m.,100blockofRichterRoad–Acaller reportedawomanhadbeenrecentlysleepingin hervehicleonthecaller’sroad.Thecallersaidthe woman’s husband was also in the vehicle and appeared to be wearing an ankle monitor.
10:51 p.m., on Cascade Caverns Road – A caller reported a rotten egg smell coming from a certain area of the school. Boerne F.D. responded to make sure there wasn’t a gas leak and found that the smell was coming from the wastewater plant.

10:51 a.m., 100 block of Richter -- A caller reported a dog had bit him.The caller said he did not need medical attention.
11:48 a.m., 500 block of River Road – A manager reported an individual who would come into her establishment when he was drunk.
5:00 p.m., 100 block of Clear Water – A caller reported someone had refused to pay more than $21,000 for a service they had provided.
7:08 p.m., 200 block of Cimarron Creek – An Amazon driver reported an open door at a location where no one appeared to be home. The caller said the lights were on and no responded to the doorbell.

9:49 a.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported someone hit her vehicle while she was parked.
10:28 a.m., 200 block of Market Street – A caller reported that someone told her that three of her employees had guns at the property the previous day.The caller was unsure if they still had the guns but did have video evidence of one of them passing a gun around.
1:20 p.m., 200 block of W. Highland – A caller reported two males who were sleeping on the location and seemed to be homeless. The caller said hotels in the area were no longer letting them stay.
10:18 p.m., 37000 block of E I-10 – A caller reportedamalewhoappearedtobeintoxicated andwasgettingintoavehicle.Thecallertolddispatch that“you could smell the alcohol on him.”
JANUARY 1
10:27 a.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported a male who was walking through the store, yelling about white supremacy.
1:09 p.m., 200 block of Frey Street – A caller reported she was being harassed by her ex-husband.
3:11 p.m., 200 block of Walnut Way – A caller reported someone going into her neighbor’s house. The caller was concerned as the neighbors were not home. Law enforcement came to the location and found it was a family member.
7:35 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported two juveniles popping fireworks under vehicles in the area.

-- Deer calls were made on Seabiscuit Drive and Ranch Brook for injured deer.

-- A deer call was made on Silver Spur Trail for a baby deer that was stuck in a fence.
-- Law enforcement assisted the public with a matter on Dietz Elkhorn Road.
--Injured deer were reported at Rolling Acres Trail and Ranch Pass.
-- Officers assisted the public with a matter on Scintilla.
-- EMS was provided with assistance on Mellow Ridge.

-- A deer call was made to Willow Wind Drive for an injured deer.
-- Officers assisted EMS on a run to Noble Lark and on Pfeiffers Gate.
-- A lift assist was given on Seabiscuit Drive.
-- Law enforcement assisted local residents on Battle Intense.

7:52 am., 1200 block of FM 1376 – A caller requested assistance with an armadillo in front of her residence.
11:24 a.m., 700 block of Walnut Way – A caller reported her neighbor was outside, shooting a firearm in the air. The caller said this was not the first she had contacted law enforcement about this issue.
11:26 a.m., 29000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported a piece of rental equipment had been stolen from the location.
9:28 p.m., 100 block of FM 289 – A woman was read her rights and detained during a traffic stop.
DECEMBER 24
2:27 a.m., mile marker 534 W. I-10 -- A caller reported a driver had thrown a soda at the caller’s vehicle.
12:24 p.m., 200 block of Post Oak Street – A caller requested officers to act as Santa Claus, but the officers explained they were not able to fulfill this request.
1:08 p.m., 100 block of Ulmus Road – A caller reported someone was shooting a gun the prior evening.
5:01 p.m., N. Highway 87 - A caller reported she was being harassed and wanted to provide additional information for a report.
DECEMBER 25
12:25 a.m., 37000 block of E. I-10 – A caller reported he hit a deer while driving on the interstate. The caller’s vehicle was damaged but still drivable.
11:29 a.m., 2400 block of FM 1376 – A caller reported passing a vehicle that had its hazard lights on.
12:15 p.m., 200 block of Valley View – Comal County S.O. reported they received a call from someone in Kendall County who was using threatening language against another person.
2:27 p.m., 700 block of Walnut Way – A caller wanted to speak with an officer about her fence being damaged.
8:55 p.m., 100 block of Oak Bluff Boulevard – A caller reported that the father of her child had broken her license plate, keyed her car and stole her cell phone.
DECEMBER 26
4:24 a.m., 100 block of W. Highway 46 – A pickup pulling a trailer had jackknifed and was blocking both lanes of the road.The occupants were able to get out of the vehicle and the driver was able to later move the vehicle.
5:08 a.m., on FM 3351/Winchester Drive – A caller reported an electric pole was on fire. Bergheim F.D. responded and extinguished the fire. Pedernales Electric Company was notified.
6:56 a.m., 300 block of Front Street – A caller reported a vehicle parked in front of his house, with two male occupants, had its flashers on.The caller said he knocked on the window of the vehicle to see if they needed help, but they refused to talk to the caller.
9:55 a.m., 100 block of Oak Acres Lane – A caller reported a package containing medication had been stolen.
DECEMBER 27
6:58 a.m., 100 block of Bristow Way – A caller reported an instance of identity theft.
11:44 a.m., 900 block of Adler Street – A caller reported someone had stolen a check from the business for more than $25,000 and had cashed it.
12:22 p.m., 200 block of Navarro – A caller reported her spouse had attempted to open her mail.
4:49 p.m., 100 block of Little Hill Road – A caller reported a mobile home was on fire and propane tanks were exploding. Boerne F.D., Bergheim F.D., Sisterdale F.D. and Bexar F.D. were contacted and called to the location. After almost an hour, the fire was extinguished.
DECEMBER 28
8:11 a.m., 100 block of Deer Path – A caller reported two males who appeared to be loitering in the neighborhood.They initially said they were sitting in front of their home, but appeared to be moving around the area.
11:02 a.m., AT FM 3351/Kendall Woods Drive – Four goats were reported to be grazing on the side of the road, pondering what their New Year’s Resolutions would be.
3:15 p.m., 400 block of Front Street – A caller reported someone had broken into their business during the night. The caller said the subject(s) left behind the equipment they used to break in.
6:06 p.m., on FM 473/Old Blanco Road – A bull was reported to be roaming around the area.The owner was located and the bull had to return home.
7:16 p.m., 100 block of Wild Cherry Lane – A caller reported that a woman had stolen his car keys and then left the location. The woman was located and detained.
DECEMBER 29
8:22 a.m., 200 block of S FM 3351 – Unsatisfied with their first round of ideas, the goats returned to the location, to brainstorm some new resolution ideas.
11:05 a.m., Rust Lane – A caller reported four males in a vehicle outside his gate, honking.
2:24 p.m., 100 block of Honeycomb Drive – A caller reported his neighbors were target shooting but the bullets were ricocheting. The caller said they were concerned the bullets were going to hit someone or something.
7:22 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported a male with a firearm had robbed the location. He was accompanied by a woman. The caller was able to describe the vehicle the couple used to flee the scene. Law enforcement checked area traffic cameras and were able to identify the vehicle. Later that night, the subjects were located and detained.
DECEMBER 30
12:17 a.m., 100 block of Highway 87 – A probable cause search was conducted on a woman who was pulled over. The woman was subsequently detained.
5:16 a.m., on Cazneau Lane/Johns Road – A caller was concerned about a telephone pole that appeared to have been run into and split in half. Law enforcement came to the location and did not see any evidence of a collision but still notified GVTC.
10:21 a.m., Staudt Street – A caller from Kerr County told dispatch there was an attempt to burglarize his home.
12:45 p.m., at Kreutzberg Road/Camp Alzafar Road – A caller reported an RV dumping bags of garbage.
1:51 p.m., 300 block of Waring-Welfare Road – A caller reported she received an email threatening violence against her. The email said they knew where the caller lived and were demanding money.
DECEMBER 31
7:55 a.m., 100 block of W. Cleo Lane – A caller reported someone had used his identity to take out a loan of over $19,000.
9:14 a.m., 300 block of E. Highway 46 – An individual working security reported someone had thrown two deer carcasses near the creek.
12:58 p.m., 200 block of S. FM 3351 – Three goats were reported to be having their final luncheon of the year.
4:18 p.m., 100 block of Northview Drive – A caller reported three dogs entered her property and attempted to attack her cats. The caller said her husband had run off the cats but was unsure who the dogs belonged to.
JANUARY 1
12:23 a.m., mile marker 542 E. I-10 – A vehicle was reported to be going 100 mph on the interstate and swerving all over the road.
12:38 a.m., mile marker 542 E. I-10 – A vehicle was stopped by law enforcement. One of the vehicle occupants had been shot in the head. EMA was called to transport the male and a wrecker was called for the vehicle.
12:34 p.m., mile marker 538 E. I-10 – A male was detained following a probable cause search.
6:05 p.m., 600 block of Meadow Lane – A caller reported a vehicle had run into a house and then driven off. There were no injuries but one of the walls was broken down.
