LAW ENFORCEMENT The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. An arrest should not imply guilt or innocence, which will be decided in court at a later date. BOERNE POLICE DEPARTMENT November 20 4:47 a.m., School Street/Main Street – A caller reported a vehicle parked in the middle of the road. Law enforcement found a woman inside who was detained and taken to the emergency room.

6:26 a.m., mile marker 539 W. I-10 – A caller reported a two-vehicle accident, as one vehicle reportedly smashed into another. Two wreckers were called for the involved vehicles.

2:40 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported teenagers were running around the store, going into back rooms and destroying property. Law enforcement was able to locate the group.

4:27 p.m., 100 block of Sharon Drive – A caller reported an injured squirrel on his property.

November 21

1:18 p.m., mile marker 540 E. I-10 – A probable cause search was conducted on two individuals who appeared to be fighting on the side of the road.

9:00 p.m., 31000 block of W I-10 – A caller reported his phone had been stolen the previous day.

November 22

1:31 a.m., mile marker 543 W. I-10 – A caller reported a group of vehicles sounded as though they were racing and backfiring on the interstate. Law enforcement located the vehicles.

6:47 a.m., 100 block of Medical Drive – A caller reported a male pushed a woman and took her purse. An ambulance was called for the woman and a search was launched for the male.

8:18 a.m., 200 block of Bentwood Drive – A caller requested assistance with a dog barking nonstop nearby.

2:31 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported a male had stolen items from the pharmacy side and left the location.

2:58 p.m., 31000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported a man somehow obtained his phone number and was accusing the caller of things that were untrue.

FAIR OAKS RANCH POLICE DEPARTMENT November 11

— Law enforcement was called to Rocking Horse Lane for an animal bite case.

— Law enforcement assisted EMS with a domestic matter on Preakness Lane.

November 12

— Missing property was located in the Silver Spurs/Rolling Acres area.

— A two-vehicle collision was reported on Interstate 10 and Fair Oaks Parkway.

November 13

— A deer call was made to Ralph Fair Road for an injured deer in the area.

— Officers assisted the public with a matter at Terrace Point.

— A traffic hazard was reported on Fair Oaks Parkway.

— A caller on Keeneland Drive reported a deer was stuck in their fence.

November 14

— Injured deer were reported at Whisper Gate and Cibolo Court.

— Officers responded to an animal call on Scarteen.

— Another injured deer was reported on Connemara Drive.

— A vehicle accident was reported on Burnt Cedar.

— Police responded to a multi-vehicle collision on Fair Oaks Parkway.

November 15

— A lift assist was requested at Timber Top Drive.

— An injured deer was reported on Ralph Fair Road.

— Law enforcement came to Scarteen to help a homeowner with a trapped cat.

— Officers assisted a local resident at Dietz Elhorn Road.

November 16

— An animal call was made for a lost dog at Dietz Elkhorn Road.

— A collision was reported at Ralph Fair Road.

— Law enforcement was requested to help with a civil matter on Wild Oak Hill.

November 17

— A deer call was made on Cibolo Path for an injured deer in the area.

KENDALL COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE November 20

2:02 a.m., mile marker 528 W. I-10 – A caller reported being stranded with eight occupants on the side of the road. The vehicle and all occupants were transported to a nearby hotel.

1:00 p.m., mile marker 537 W. I-10 – Two vehicles collided, resulting in a vehicle trapped under a semi-truck. A wrecker was called for the vehicle. EMS was called for a male who was trapped in the vehicle. I-10 was temporarily closed as the accident was handled.

1:30 p.m., 500 block of Augusta – A caller reported a gun had been stolen from the location.

November 21

11:41 a.m., mile marker 532 W. I-10 – A fire was reported on the side of the interstate.

2:35 p.m., 10 block of Pankratz Road – A caller reported a loose dog running through the area.

4:39 p.m., 1600 block of River Road – A caller reported her daughter’s vehicle had been rear-ended by another vehicle. A wrecker was called for one of the vehicles.

November 22

1:57 a.m., 600 block of Esperanza Boulevard – A suspicious vehicle was reported in the area. The owner of the vehicle was found to be working in the area.

5:27 p.m., 500 block of Alamo Road – A caller reported a male ran over some mailboxes with his truck. The caller said he thought his neighbors would be going after the male.

5:28 p.m., on Fabra Oaks Road – A caller reported he had been receiving packages in the mail that she hadn’t ordered.

8:59 p.m., on N. Highway 87 – A caller reported his boss informed him he was being tracked by an AirTag as he was driving. It was determined that the client may have put it there.
