Thanksgiving Day usually means the arrival of family and friends, along with a plethora of turkey-and-dressing-related holiday food options, spread across kitchen and dining room tables.
But there will be households where “I just don’t feel like cooking” or “Uhh-ohh, I burnt the bird to a crisp” may ring true on Thursday.
Not to worry, Boerne — your restaurateurs and eateries have you covered.
We’ll start the day the right way ... with breakfast tacos. Bill Miller’s is going to be open 7-11 a.m. Thursday at its 31490 Interstate 10 (exit 543) location to give you as many as you need. The usual barbecue fare is not happening; you had to reserve that ahead of time in order to enjoy tomorrow.
Speaking of “ahead of time,” it’s already too late to get your reservations in for Thanksgiving dinner at Peggy’s On The Green. Those tables were gone late Monday night. So, rest assured, you are not alone in looking elsewhere for Thanksgiving dinner.
