BOERNE HALLOWEEN BREAKFAST at Franklin Park Boerne, 18 Old San Antonio Road, 7:30-9 a.m. Refreshments and goodies will be available. Swing by and pick up some spooky treats at this Wizard of Oz-themed event. This event is free.
TRUNK OR TREAT at the Comfort Baptist Church, 100 Amber Drive, beginning at 5 p.m. There will be music, free food, carnival games, balloons, photobooth, pie toss booth, car trunks, bounce house, and prizes to be won. The festival is free to attend.
NOVEMBER 1
STOCKING STROLL TICKETS along the Hill Country Mile Dec. 6-7 will go on sale in two rounds, one earlier in the day and one later. Only 200 tickets will be going on sale. Stocking Stroll offers gifts at each stop for holiday shoppers, with proceeds benefiting Dickens On Main.
NOVEMBER 2
BOERNE GHOST STORIES at the Kuhlmann-King House, 402 E. Blanco Road. Hear the tales of famous Boerne ghosts in the 1885 historic Kuhlmann-King House. FIREHAUS FEST by the Boerne Fire Department, 100 N. Main St., runs 2-6 p.m. featuring family fun, exciting games, food, live music and raffles. Hosted by the Firehaus Action Squad, all proceeds go directly to supporting the local Boerne Fire Department.
KARNIVAL 4 KIDS benefitting Love Kendall County Kids includes a family-friendly carnival with games, prizes, food, clowns, magic shows, treats, raffles, contests, petting zoos and more. The carnival will last from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Vic Vaughn Toyota of Boerne, 31205 Interstate 10 frontage road.
BLOCK PARTY by the Black Rifle Coffee Company. Get the neighbors ready for an old-fashioned block party! Enjoy live music, great food and drink, as well as a cool car show at Black Rifle, in the 1000 block of East San Antonio Avenue.

GENEOLOGICAL SOCIETY EVENT: Nancy Brennan and Kathy Totten, Genealogy General and Registrar of the National Society of Huguenots, will discuss “Huguenot immigration to America” from 10:30 a.m. to noon in the Patrick Heath Public Library community room.
