THE GREATER BOERNE Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 1:30 p.m. for HOTWORX Boerne, 27650 I-10 W. suite 108, to celebrate its two-year anniversary.
KW BOO FESTIVAL: An open invitation for a “trick-or- treating” experience, from 3-6 p.m., throughout the Keller Williams Boerne office spaces. There will be trick-or- treating and a door decorating competition.
WITCH’S NIGHT OUT: Join the team at Pixie and La Te Da for a spooktacular “Girl’s Night Out.” A free fun night of chilling delights and exclusive treats. The event begins at 5 p.m. at Pixie, 129 S. Main St.
HALLOWEEN COCKTAIL WORKSHOP: Join Assemble Cocktail Workshop for an evening of eerie mixology fun at Cibolo Nature Center, 140 City Park Road. Participants will craft three unique concoctions, using craft bitters, herb sand seasonal flavors. Both spirited and non-spirited options will be available. Tickets are $75, available at cibolo.org.

MURDER MYSTERY MASQUERADE: A night of intrigue and deception awaits at an immersive Murder Mystery Masquerade at Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort. Put on your detective hat and prepare to become part of a thrilling “Whodunnit”experience,enacted and guided by American Immersion Theater. Tickets are $50. RSVP at 830-537-6239
HALLOWEEN NIGHT HIKE at Guadalupe River State Park. Discover the secrets of the night as you explore the park’s nocturnal wildlife. Ghostly tales of local legends will be shared as participants unravel the mysteries of nature after dark. Costumes are welcome (but optional); and don’t forget a flashlight. $7 for adults. 12-and-under are free. Registration is required.

ANNUAL ‘BOERNE BOO’ fall festival is hosted each year around Halloween at the Heath Library, 451 N. Main St. The free family-friendly event includes arts and crafts, trick-or-treating, bounce houses, carnival games, food trucks, music and lots of candy and prizes for costume contest winners. Pets are welcome.
BOERNE CEMETERY TOUR: Listen to voices of history tell tales of the past on the “Gone But Not Forgotten Tour” of Boerne Cemetery. Actors and volunteers portray over a dozen “residents” of the cemetery, 700 N. School St. Tours start at the east gate at 10:15, 10:45 and 11:15 a.m.
INTRO TO BIRDING: Discover how to refine your birdwatching skills; this class will prepare you for fieldwork by teaching you what to observe and how to use essential birding tools effectively. The class will be at the Nature Center Auditorium, 140 City Park. Two hours of instruction, followed by one hour of guided field practice. Bring binoculars; tickets available at cibolo.org.
HOPE FOR HEROES: Help show support for two first responder heroes and their families at The Kendall, 128 W. Blanco Road from 9:30-11 a.m. Free breakfast tacos and coffee; details, www.hopeforheroestx.org.
FREEDOM CAR SHOW: Enjoy classic cars at the Singing Water Vineyards, 316 Mill Dam Road in Comfort, while enjoying food, wine and live music. C-Rock will take the stage at 11 a.m. followed by Lee Beauchamp at 2:30 p.m.
BRITISH CAR DAY: Myriad vehicles will line Main Plaza beginning at 8:30 a.m. for a car show open to all British-made automobiles. Day-of registration opens at 8:30 a.m.; winners will be announced at the Main Plaza gazebo after 2 p.m.
TRICK OR TREAT all day long along the Hill Country Mile. Kids and adults are welcome to dress up and fill their candy buckets while leisurely shopping and strolling through our historic downtown.
