BOERNE POLICE DEPARTMENT

SEPTEMBER 11

8:48 a.m., 100 block of Shadywood Street — A caller reported yard equipment was taken from his yard and disposed of.

2:19 p.m., 400 block ofW. Bandera Road — A caller reported a woman attempted to shoplift from the location.

3:42 p.m., on Old San Antonio Road — A male was reportedly riding his bicycle through the parking lot and checking all of the vehicle doors.

8:33 p.m., on Siefert Pond/Mission Lake — A caller was concerned about a male who had been parked at the location for almost an hour.

SEPTEMBER 12

1:38 a.m., 200 block of Paint Creek — A caller reported leaving their gas stove on for hours. They had already exited the house. Boerne FD came to the location and found a small amount of gas in the residence and proceeded to air it out.

9:58 a.m., 400 block of W. Highland Drive — A resident turned in a lost wallet they had found.

0:33 a.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street — A caller reported a restaurant had thrown a mystery liquid out its back door, attracting a bunch of vultures to the location.

1:33 p.m., 1400 block of S. Main Street — A hard drive was reported to have been stolen.

4:39 p.m., 1600 block of River Road — A caller reported a male who kept walking by the caller’s door and randomly stopping outside.

SEPTEMBER 13

2:25 p.m., on Main Plaza — A van was reported to have hit a truck and then driven away from the location.

2:30 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street — A woman was reported for repeatedly panhandling in the parking lot of a business.

5:13 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road — A caller reported a male who was walking toward the gas station and appeared to be intoxicated. The caller added that the male had been very aggressive.

7:00 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street — A caller reported a group of teenagers had fled the scene after attempting to steal alcohol from the business.

7:10 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road — A male was reported for attempting to enter the women’s bathroom.

SEPTEMBER 1 1

8:13 a.m., 1200 block of FM 1376 — A caller reported needing assistance with a trapped armadillo.

10:57 a.m., 200 block of Winchester Drive — A caller reported a neighbor in the area who was shooting.

11:07 a.m., 100 blocks of S. Wagon Wheel Drive — A caller reported his cat was missing and suspected it had been locked in a neighbor’s shed.

6:18 p.m., 100 block of Scissor Tail Trail — A caller reported his mother had been scammed out of $10,000.

7:36 p.m., on Allen Road — A caller requested assistance with a venomous snake she had trapped.

SEPTEMBER 12

12:12 a.m., 900 block of Front Street — A caller was concerned about potentially heavy smoke in the area and was trying to locate the source. The caller later reported that the smoke had dissipated and the FD was not needed.

2:32 p.m., mile marker 531 W. I-10 —Three vehicles were involved in an accident. An occupant of one of the vehicles reported their back was hurting. Comfort FD responded to the location.

2:37 p.m., on Staudt Street — A resident reported she had received a call from an individual claiming they were with the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office, claiming she had missed a jury summons.

3:46 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street — A caller reported two teenagers who had been asked to leave the location but had refused. The two males shoplifted from the location and were then detained by officers.

8:02 p.m., 100 block of Jennifer Drive — A caller expressed concern about a vehicle seen driving up and down the cul-de-sac multiple times for the last 30 minutes.

SEPTEMBER 13

12:15 a.m., on Tower Road — A caller reported a vehicle parked near the location with two people inside talking. Law enforcement spoke with the occupants and found everything was OK.

4:18 a.m., 600 block ofWildTurkey Boulevard — SiriusXM reported the location of a stolen vehicle.

11:56 a.m., mile marker 545W. I-10 — A caller reported a male and female inside a vehicle who were hitting each other, causing the vehicle to veer across the road.

2:13 p.m., on Country Meadows/Oak Valley — A caller reported finding a box of unopened mail in the middle of the road.
