The Geneva School of Boerne varsity tennis team recently participated in its district tennis tournament at the Anne Marie Tennis Center in San Antonio.
Several Geneva players battled both the wind and their opponents in the matches. On the boys side, Ford Elizondo finished second in singles, while Josh Dennis and K.P. Fitzgerald finished third in doubles.
On the girls side, Hannah Gray and Abby Bower placed third in doubles. All five players advanced to the state tournament in Waco this week.
