A motorcyclist is dead after a two-vehicle collision on Interstate 10 near Ranger Creek Road Wednesday.
John D. Vanzant, 49, who recently relocated to Kerrville, was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision.
Boerne Police Department said shortly after 2:20 p.m., Vanzant had stopped in traffic due to construction in the area when the driver of a dually pick-up truck rear-ended the cycle.
