BOERNE — Boerne ISD Superintendent Dr. Kristin Craft was selected to participate in the Superintendent Leadership Program with The Holdsworth Center.
The Superintendent Leadership Program is an 18-month learning journey designed to grow and support dedicated, mission- driven leaders who are newer to the role of Superintendent. The first session took place in late July.
Craft began her tenure as BISD Superintendent on January 2.
The Learning sessions take place at the Holdsworth Center Campus on Lake Austin, a one-of-akind place dedicated to the idea that public education holds value.
At Holdsworth, superintendents connect with peers from across the state and hear from top leadership experts who introduce new ideas and push their thinking.
They learn and practice essential leadership skills needed to address the unique issues and opportunities within their districts. In addition, superintendents receive executive coaching from Holdsworth Superintendents-in-Residence Dr. Thomas Randle and Dr. Art Cavazos.
