BOERNE — Fair Oaks Ranch Elementary School Principal Jessica Shults has been selected as a Capturing Kids Hearts leader development specialist.
Shults has been certified to train educators from across the country at all levels PK-12 during the Capturing Kids Hearts training sessions.
Curington, Fair Oaks Ranch and Herff elementaries were selected by The Flippen Group as Capturing Kids’ Hearts National Showcase Schools for the 2023-24 school year.
Fair Oaks Ranch Elementary has received the honor six years in a row, with Curington and Herff being honored four years, and two years in a row, respectively. Each year, National Showcase Schools undergo a meticulous selection process, evaluating essential performance indicators, collecting campus data, and seeking feedback from both staff and students.
The outcomes reflect the successful integration of the Capturing Kids’ Hearts Process, showcasing the unique culture and climate of each campus.
